I absolutely loved my stay at this charming cottage in Hyannis! The place was cozy, spotless, and beautifully maintained. A perfect mix of comfort and Cape Cod charm. The location was great, close to the beach and local shops, yet quiet enough to relax and unwind.

Close to the beach. Also close to Main Street with shopping and dining. Cottage is very spacious and simply decorated.

This was the perfect beachside Cape Cottage! We loved the shower (great shower head and pressure), the smart TV’s, and cozy living room! The beach was only steps away and with a great view from the patio. From inside there was a sliver of a view too. The only thing we didn’t love about our stay was the stiffness of the bed but that’s really personal preference.

Steve was awesome working with! Any questions or concerns I had he replied immediately! The cottage was right near a small beach, the pool was just wonderful as we went evey afternoon! The pool attendant was such a seeet girl! I woukd recommend anyone going to the cape to stay!!!

Very clean and comfortable. We stayed just before the summer season kicked off and it was so peaceful yet warm. Only wish we had known the pool was not yet open for the season.

The cottage was cute, quaint, and clean. Steve, the owner, was communicative and kind, and he answered any questions we had quickly. It was the perfect place to spend a relaxing weekend outside the city. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

Our family loved Steve’s cottage. It was very clean, everything was well thought out. You can see the ocean from the property, and it is also very close to downtown. Steve is a great host and made everything very easy.

Our January stay was sensational to finally see Cape Cod and Nantucket. To that end we could have used plowing/shoveling in advance of our arrival along with ice melt because the walkway was dangerously iced over. The parking lot was plowed so we were all set not long after arrival. Comfortable amenities and we had all we needed for a weekend to walk the beach and explore downtown Hyannis and walk to the Ferry terminal.

This small but spacious cottage was stocked with everything we needed…a complete kitchen, nice linens, very helpful instructions for using the tv (much appreciated!). Everything was spotless! Great location to the beach, city park with picnic area, town within walking distance. This was a quiet getaway for winter - no crowds! Thank you, Steve

Picture perfect in every way! The TLC this little gem receives is evident upon entry - fresh and clean, the tastefully chosen seaside decor lifts the spirit and makes you feel happy to call 4B “home” while in Hyannis. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom (although narrow) was easy to share between 3 adults as it had well placed hooks, towel racks, and nice cabinet and counter space. The location was IT! We stayed for Thanksgiving weekend and were blessed with gorgeous weather - sunny and cool - making walking on the beach a must! The beauty of the area is breathtaking and we are so grateful to have these images in our memory banks for life. Thank you to our host, Steve, who truly has his guests best interest at heart. Before, during, and afterwards, Steve was a thoughtful and direct communicator who made us feel welcome and appreciated. We are so happy to have found you on VRBO!

My Wife and I came here on our honeymoon trip, and just WOW. This place was so close to everything and the entire process and communication with Stephen was the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The cottage itself was immaculate and better than I could have ever asked for. Will DEFINITELY return!

Beautiful cottage. This is our 2nd time staying here and we absolutely love it. It is so cute and cozy with exceptional views. Steps to the beach. The beds are super comfortable. Very clean with beautiful decor. Full kitchen. Outside table and chairs for morning coffee and taking in the view of the water. Quiet and quaint. Close to town and the ferry. Highly recommend. House was perfect for our long weekend getaway! Location to the beach was perfect and the area was nice and quiet! Close to downtown for good food and an easy drive to the Hyannis port for taking the ferry to Nantucket! Definitely will look to rebook when the weather is warmer, but this trip was just perfect the way it was!!

Great cottage to stay at while on the Cape! Location is perfect for day trips around the area! Then when evening comes the beach is right there for beautiful sunsets! Neat and clean with all the amenities listed! Our host replied to my emails right away! Easy in and out! Great place all around!

Walking in, it immediately felt like a home away from home. It was clean, quiet and had everything we needed and more. It was so close to the beach and you can see then ocean as you sit on the patio. 10 out of 10 without question.

The house was just the right size for our small family. A short walk to the beach was perfect for young kids. Close enough to main Street that it was easy to go out for dinners. Stephen was easy to work with and communicated great! Overall a great stay!

The cottage was exactly as described, if not a bit more charming! It was perfect for our family of 4. Check-in and parking could not have been easier and communication with our host was smooth and clear. The cottage was clean, cozy, comfortable and wasn't lacking in supplies. The beach chairs were appreciated. Great water pressure and counter space in the bathroom. Super short walk to what almost felt like a private beach. We used the pool several times and were always the only people there in addition to the lifeguard. Could have walked to Main St., but it would have been a decent walk and the drive was 2 minutes and parking was always easy to find. The variety of restaurants can't be beat. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

This was our third time staying at Steve’s cottage. It has been wonderful each time. The property is maintained well and very clean. Perfect location to walk to the beach, use the community pool and shop/dine on Main Street Hyannis. Steve is very prompt to respond and checks in with us to make sure our stay is perfect. This was our second summer staying at Steven’s cottage. Everything was perfect, from check in process to proximity to beach, amenities (grill, pool, comfortable beds and communal space). It is a great location and the beach is lovely, not too crowded and the great for walking. We’re already booked for 2026!

We loved the location, especially right by the beach. The house eas a bit small for 3 adults and a toddler, but we made it work. The owner responded immediately when we needed towels and recmmendations. Its great for a couple and 2 children.

We loved our stay! We were right in the center of everything on the Cape! We loved being able to explore and have day trips to other towns. We were steps from the beach and had a gorgeous view! Steve was great to work with…we hope to come back someday!!!

My friend and I stayed at Breakwaters 4B for 3 nights. The location is perfect. Close to the water and good for travels up and down the cape. The cottage was very clean and provided everything we needed. Stephen was so helpful and thoughtful throughout the planning and during our stay.

Cozy small cottage loved how it was close to the ocean. However cut my stay short due to construction noise and was not relaxing to sit out on the patio.

Perfect for a couple and two kids

We really enjoyed our stay there and can definitely see staying there again. Very convenient to really everything you might want to do. Restaurants nearby as well as the beaches, beautiful places, and boardwalks over the marshes. Also, very clean and comfortable.

Loved the rental. Perfect setting, loved being able to walk 2 minutes and be on the beach! So much nicer than a hotel room, very clean and comfortable for the four of us. Steve was a very kind and helpful host!

A quick getaway to the Cape... No traffic (off season).... Beautiful little beach just steps out the door .. quaint cottage with everything you need... Great drives to see the towns and find lighthouses... Perfect!

This beautiful property has an amazing view of the water. The beach is two minutes away on foot and there were multiple places to eat, even out of season. The house was neat and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone!

I spent the weekend in this adorable cottage after waking up in 5 different states 5 days in a row for a work trip. The location is perfect and the sunrise and sunsets from the beach were some of the most vibrant and colorful I have ever seen. I’m sure this is an amazing place to vacation in the summer but the quiet and solitude of November was its own treasure. And I was able to visit Walden Pond on my way to Boston Airport—-just a quick 30 minute detour and well worth the visit.

Where to begin! The cottage could not have been more perfect and romantic! Such a great location and beautiful area! You really are just steps away from the beach (which we walked to) AND can see and hear the water from the front patio. It was just tranquil, relaxing, and perfect for our Honeymoon! You are close to just about everything and our last day we went to Chatham, which was only a little over a half hour drive. We did some sight seeing, visited lighthouses, saw a glass blowing demonstration, the JFK museum, visited Bass Hole (A MUST!), Scargo Tower (also A MUST!) and of course did some shopping and eating out! It was hard to leave! The host, Steve, couldn't have been more kind and was easy to reach with any questions (it was our first Vrbo stay). We are already planning to come back in the spring and using Steve again! Thank you so much!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute cottage. It was clean and comfortable, with extra blankets for the chilly nights. It was nicely located to accommodate our beach hopping and to explore the many quaint towns and villages on the Cape. One drawback was the TV was a bit frustrating to use.

This perfectly formed little cottage is immaculately decorated and is bigger than it appears in the listing. It is perfectly located for access to the beach, Hyannis main street and ferries, and is right in the middle of the Cape for access to all that it offers. Steve was super responsive and the check in process was seamless. Would definitely stay again.

This was perfect for us as we needed a place to stay for a short notice family emergency. I wish we had a chance to stay longer, but if we should have an opportunity to come up for an actual vacation, will definitely try to stay here.

Great location by the beach

First off, the owner Steve was very responsive and helpful. Cottage was exactly as pictured and 2-3 houses away from the beach. There were only two of us so the small quarters worked but could be challenging with more people since there is only one bath. We didn't pay attention to the listing details and we were not aware that there wasn't a washer or dryer so we took a trip to the laundromat nearby. Great view of the water from the patio. Weather was not the best when we visited so we did not use the beach other than for walks but it would be a great option to have that so close. You can almost walk to Hyannis port for ferries to the islands - very close. The cottage is centrally located in the Cape so easy access to other towns. Great stay and trip for us. Thank you Steve.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at this cottage. So cozy and comfortable We found everything we needed . Even found beach chairs. Host was so nice to communicate with. If you’re looking for a charming cottage in a great location this is it! The only thing we wanted that was not there was a couple of wine glasses.
