This was our 2nd year staying at this beach house. We absolutely love it. The inside is very clean, there is such a nice outdoor area to have a fire or just hang out. The bay area is beautiful especially at sunset. Ray was a very attentive host. We definitely plan to come back again!

We had a wonderful time! Lovely beach, very close to 2 entrances. Centrally located for exploring the beaches and the marshes.

The beach house is in a beautiful location- really close to the beach on the bay side and just 10-15 minutes from downtown. The beach is great for watching the sunset, but had jellyfish when we were there. It was also very buggy on many occasions. On a beautiful weather, it is a great area for going on a run early in the morning. The beach house has the essentials. The owner also provided items for going to the beach. Very nice accommodations. Very clean and very short walk to the beach. Quick drive and you are in Wildwood or Cape May Center. Seafood take out down the street was fabulous. Would recommend quiet and family oriented.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The host communicated procedures in a detailed email and was responsive to any questions we had. The property was very clean and had more than we expected. They give you access to a shed with beach chairs, toys, etc. There are many outdoor spaces to enjoy and you are just a short walk from the beach. The sunsets on the beach are spectacular. It is a quiet neighborhood.You are within driving distance of Cape May and Wildwoods, so you can drive if you want bigger ocean rides or to enjoy a boardwalk. We enjoyed the stay.

My family has stayed in VRBO literally all over the world. This incredible cottage in The Villas was the absolute best stay ever. I have never seen a more perfectly stocked and furnished location - they did not forget ANYTHING! We even had chip clips on the fridge! Owner came by to make sure everything was good. Having a history of family from Cape May County, this added even more to the family feel. Would 100% stay in this location again.
