Great location but needs more attention to detail. Heavy dust on ac return and fiberglass insulation in ac register in bedroom. Very loud with neighbors in the duplex next door due to crawl space that cause echos. Check in instructions need be updated as the unit has changed and misleading on what to look for upon arriving. No more garage door. I reached out to owner with no response after 24 hrs. Again awesome location but I wish it was cleaner and and outdoor seating did not have the chair bottoms falling out.

Everything that was needed for a restful holiday was included. Quiet location surrounded by restaurants, a block from the beach made our vacation the perfect choice! The hustle and bustle of condos and the busy beach fronts of St Beach beach melted away in the powdery sands of Pass-a-Grille.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Seashell haven. It was beautiful and cozy. We feel safe and relaxed. I love the fact we were so close to the beach and there is a pet beach at the end of the island. We made frequent visits there for our fur babies. We were also happy with the way our host was attentive and friendly. Thank you Lisa for your kindness and hospitality.

We usually rent a big house when we come down to Florida and bring the kids and their friends along, but now that they’re out of the house, we decided to try something different and booked this smaller beach cottage in Pass-a-Grille. Honestly, it turned out to be perfect for the two of us.The location couldn’t be better — about a block and a half walk to the beach, and right across the street from the intercoastal and a great restaurant called The Wharf. We ended up eating there a couple of times because the food was good and the views over the water were spectacular. There’s also a little market nearby, so you really don’t have to leave Pass-a-Grille if you don’t want to.The beach on that end was quiet during the week, which gave us plenty of time to walk the shoreline and enjoy the surf without big crowds. It only got busy once the weekend rolled around. We also took short drives to check out Fort De Soto (well worth it) and explored St. Pete Beach and Madeira Beach for more restaurants and things to do.All in all, this cottage gave us exactly what we were looking for — a cozy place in a great spot with everything close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood away from the tourist areas. 50 steps to a beautiful white sandy beach:) charming little place, very clean and comfortable. sunsets were beautiful and almost no rain all week:)

Clean, well stocked kitchen, well thought out book about property, thoughtful amenities like bicycles, grill, beach towels & beach chairs. Host very good with communication.

Lovely location. Unit was clean, nicely decorated. The dishwasher kept beeping. Beach chairs were broken. Parking was a little tight but overall really liked staying there.
