Stayed Feb 5, 2026After our 1st stay here, can see why many 5 star reviews Inc mine ! Mike our host is extremely caring that guests have a 5 star experience, available promptly if needed. The parking is perfect, use the driveway on side or front, 2 cottages side by side with lounging patios front and back , dead end court so basically no noise disturbance , hardly a car goes by. Cottage is all updated , excellent lighting Inc bathroom, excellent sun exposure, such an easy walk into town. After staying at the expensive non caring never updating resort on alt19 for numerous Dunedin stays , I’m sure we‘ll be returning again.

Stayed Jan 14, 2026This was our second stay at Citrus Cottage 2, and our friends stayed in Citrus Cottage 1. The Citrus Cottages are in the perfect location to explore all that downtown Dunedin has to offer. The Cottages are spotless and have all of the amenities you need for a wonderful stay. We have had nothing but the best experience in our two stays at the cottages and will definitely stay again on our next trip to Dunedin. We highly recommend Citrus Cottages to a couple or two couples planning a trip to Dunedin. You won't be disappointed.

Stayed Jul 7, 2025We had a great stay at Citrus Cottage. The rooms were clean and the A/C kept us comfortable. The location is perfect, only a short walk to restaurants, entertainment venues and to the marina. It gets 5 stars for the 3 C’s; Clean, Comfortable and Convenient.

Stayed Jun 8, 2025This property has been completely updated and well done. It is nicely appointed and everything in working condition. A big plus is its proximity to downtown shopping and restaurants (so many great choices!) - only a couple of blocks. I will absolutely stay here again!

Stayed Mar 28, 2025We enjoyed our weekend stay at this property, ample parking, easy check in, well maintained. The bathroom is quite nice. The location is very central and convenient, there is a pathway next to Dunedin Brewing which you can cut through at the end of the block. We would stay again. Thank you.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025Quiet even though it is close to a lot of music, restaurants, boutiques, breweries and marina. The village instantly became the top spot of all the places I've visited in Fl. The referenced alley at the end of the road leaves you steps away from Dunedin Brewery and a very nice market stocked with anything you might need. The cottage is very clean and the bed is comfortable. If you find the tv not working it is most likely the light switch next to the kitchen light switch has been turned off...it controls the outlet the tv is plugged into.

Stayed Mar 5, 2025True to pictures and description with access to everything in Dunedin. Lovely breeze with front and back doors open which allow significant cooling air! Our host was super and accommodating to all needs. The onsite parking was a great plus and the court - dead end - street was so quiet. Excellent shortcut at end of dead end for access to breweries and then another shortcut to the Pinellas Trail. Kitchen was well stocked and bathroom is modern and clean. Front and back areas for fresh air and we enjoyed a very easy carefree stay for 11 days. We will rebook and encourage others to consider this compact cottage.

Stayed Feb 14, 2025The cottage was in a quiet area of Dunedin, really convenient to the downtown, restaurants and bike rental. It was immaculate when we arrived and the check-in process was seamless. It was a basic rental but equipped with everything we needed for our week's stay to escape the Ohio cold and enjoy the sunny Pinellas trail. The refinished bath and shower were lovely. We would love to rent here again!

Stayed Feb 9, 2025This was the perfect place to stay for our vacation! It’s clean and within walking distance to downtown Dunedin shops and restaurants. It also was also in a nice central location if wanting to travel to different beaches in the surrounding cities (Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater, Madeira, etc). Perks to Cottage also included a washer and drier, beach towels and a newly renovated bathroom. It’s perfect and hoping to come back and visit again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A great place to stay. Very clean! Has everything you need to stay in and eat if so desired. Our favorite part of the cottage was its location. Five minute walk to downtown. We brought our bikes and hopped on the Pinnellas trail which was two blocks away. If you like to bike, check out the trail and how far in either direction you can go. Michael did a great job communicating with us. Everything was easy! Highly recommend.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Everything we could have needed was in the home. The washer and dryer on property was a big plus for me. Newly remodeled bathroom was roomy and very clean. Nice sitting area on large front porch, chairs and tables made it very comfortable and convenient to sit outside anytime

Stayed May 11, 2024Wonderful location, walking distance to restaurants, breweries, shopping, etc. We’ve stayed at this location twice, most recently under a new owner and it’s clear they are committed to making your stay a fantastic experience. Bed is not very comfortable, but everything else is terrific! Hoping they upgrade the bed and then looking forward to our next stay!

Stayed May 25, 2024Great time at citrus cottage! We loved the fact it’s walking distance to the vibrant downtown community of restaurants and brewery. Here’s secret path you can take down the end of the block and cut through the Dunedin Brewery. Check out the living room restaurant, casa Tina, black pearl too. Michael (manager) was quick to response to any questions we had for the rental. Best thing is to head up to honeymoon beach which was a quick 12 min drive. Clean house and comfortable bed. Good times in Dunedin..check it out!
