Springwood Cottage in the Heart of the Bluegrass

We love the location and the view from the house. Beautiful pasture with horses and cows. The house is always clean and perfectly stocked!! This is our 3rd stay here. We will be back.

The home was perfect for 2 couples. Kitchen well stocked with coffee and tea provided. The house was immaculate and checkin very easy. We will seek out this property for all future trips. Very close to Kentucky Hprse Park. Very tranquil location.

Even though there were some surprises, there were a lot of positives. The house is absolutely adorable. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner communicates well and addresses any concerns. Rental is slightly overpriced for the concerns I shared with owner. The neighbors (which are close - surprise #1) are quiet and it’s easy to forget how close they are. Surprise #2, the train track outside the back door. Friday night (middle of night) it came through 3 times blowing horns. Saturday and Sunday were much less and relatively quiet.

Thank you for letting us rent your cute home. Everything was great and whoever left the carrots so we good feed the house was awesome.

Great location. In the country but close enough to stores to get what need. Owners were very responsive.

Location was exactly where we wanted between Georgetown & Keeneland. Proximity of train is unfortunate but only went through twice a night & was very quick.
