Very nice place to stay for a weekend! Close to all the main attractions and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much. The host Cameron was very friendly and hospitable! He answered all our questions very promptly and professionally! Pet friendly although you have to walk your dog a block down the street! Would rate it 5/5.

This cute home was exactly as described, clean, very comfortable beds, and nice location to walk on the beach. The only drawback (if you can call it that) is that the single bathroom is on the first floor, so if you come with kids keep that in mind as the bedrooms are on the second floor. No problem for my friend and I though. Check in and communication with owner was great, and we enjoyed our stay!

My stay at Cozy Cottage, hosted by Cameron, was fantastic! Cameron was super responsive, and the cottage was spotlessly clean with fluffy bathroom towels. Perfectly equipped and just steps from the beach, it’s in a great location. I was happy to check out Remind Wellness spa and Bend Yoga studio both very close. I loved my morning walk to Walnut Beach Coffee. Highly recommend this charming retreat! Thanks, Cameron, for an amazing experience!

Stayed there solo and enjoyed the peace

From the minute we walked in, we were so impressed with the design and cleanliness of our rental. Communication was instant. The location was perfect for our needs.

A lovely place! Very clean, modern and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. For example, we needed a replacement lightbulb and they had someone there within 45 mins to fix it!! Plenty of dishes and silverware, pots/pans, etc. Each room had its own AC unit which was nice to control the temperature individually. It is a 15 minute walk to Walnut beach (or you can park on the street and walk—parking at the beach is not free). We also drove to Silver Sands State Park beach which was a 7 parking fee because we are not Connecticut residents. There were very nice beach chairs available for our use.Would definitely stay here again!

I needed a few days to get away and this house was perfect for my “staycation”. I only live 20 minutes away but felt like I was in another state! The area is quiet and quaint and only a block away from the beautiful beach! The house is clean and the beds are very comfortable. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Great stay in this lovely beach town. Comfortable and clean. The cottage had everything we needed, and was in a fantastic location. Hosts were absolutely wonderful, kind, and quick to respond. Only complaint - our stay was too brief! We look forward to returning.

Needed a place to stay for 1 night unexpectantly and we lucked into this cozy property. Communications and check-in were great and we had no problems during our stay. The cottage was close to a community coffee house and local restaurants. While our time was limited, we found lots of little shops that would be great to explore! Hope to return in the future!

My husband and I, along with our dog, stayed at this cottage during family weekend at my daughter’s university. Property was clean, conveniently located, pet friendly, and in a quiet neighborhood one block from the water. Communication with host was easy and all our questions were promptly answered. We will definitely be staying here again during our next visit.

Adorable little abode close to the beach. Sweet little town with amazing little restaurants, shops and walking trails along the sound. House was perfect for the two of us who were in town for a wedding. Hope to be back again.
