Private cottage sits on the most unique, gently sloping Muskoka granite. Spectacular open view of the big part of Lake Muskoka, yet tucked in a protected bay. The main cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own temperature control for AC as well as Central Air throughout . Open concept living room, card room, dining and kitchen. BBQ on your front deck overlooking a private bay and a new private swim dock. Guest cottage above the single slip boathouse has one bedroom (queen) plus 2 bunks for kids, full bathroom, and kitchen with sink, fridge, and microwave. There is a bbq on the private deck plus a living/dining room. There is a 2-sided finger dock beside the boathouse long enough to accommodate a 28 foot boat. It's gorgeous and convenient. This Family Cottage is 10 minutes to Gravenhurst, Farmers' Market, Muskoka Bay Golf Club or Taboo Resort and at the south end of Lake Muskoka which means it's an hour and a half to Pearson Airport.
There is a 30 day minimum stay during July and Aug with 20% discount from the daily rate .
