It also has a refreshing and serene stream which runs to the sea. The property is very private with an expansive outdoor area for lounging, dining, relaxing and soaking up the sun. It is comprised of two villas, a one bedroom and a two bedroom. Combined the villas can accommodate up to 10 persons.

The property is strategically located between Negril and the famous attractions of the South Coast such as YS Falls, Appleton Estate, Pelican Bar, Black River Safari, Peter Tosh Monument, Jam West Park, and Mayfield Falls .

Needed a place for my family and mother in law and cousin. Was perfect for that size group. Loved the outdoor kitchen and being able to be on the water every morning.
