Spectacular Ocean Views! Steps to Beach! Private Patio and 1 Car Garage!

The condo has a beautiful view! It’s close to the beach and many stores and restaurants.

Ideal location for beach, restaurants, and shops. Home was clean, beds comfortable, water pressure great! The patio had the most beautiful view and we loved having the fire pit on and listening to the waves at night. Steps down to a beautiful cozy beach that was not overcrowded at all. Can’t wait to book this home again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was extremely responsive and our location was central to everything we wanted to do including dining, beach, and shopping. What a terrific experience.

This unit is an excellent place to stay. Great ocean view from the patio with a firepit. The kitchen was well stock with essential. Restaurants were in walking distance. The owner was responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

The location can't be beat and the owners are so responsive. It is a small cottage but worked perfectly for a family of four with two teenage girls. The walkability plus garage are amazing. And those views... incredible. We loved beach days and had everything we needed. My suggest adding a cooler at the house but that's the only thing missing.

The unit was not updated and furniture and curtains were in poor condition. The view and access to the beach was as promised! They just need to refresh the inside of the unit. Couches were very worn, bedrooms very small, and the curtains torn and old

The location is fabulous with steps down to the beach and restaurants/shopping in easy walking distance. Enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning to listen to the ocean and watch the tide. The firepits are great at night. There were plenty of towels and nice amenities in the bathroom. With parking at a premium, the garage was very nice to have. The leather furniture in the living area was very worn, almost harsh on the skin if wearing shorts. The dining table was spacious with comfortable chairs. Loved the blinds which allowed seeing out, but not in. Curtains were tired with some rips.

Beautiful location, close to amenities. We could walk to local restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

The place was okay, but older and more faded than the pictures indicate. We chose it over other because it said it had AC, but the AC and heat was broken while we were there. The host provided heaters which did a great job in the chilly mornings, but it got quite warm in the afternoon with no AC.

The location was great and everything about the place was so comfortable and easy. Would love to go back and rebook!

Great beach access and close to shops and restaurants.

Our vacation rental was very adequately supplied and clean. The ocean is practically outside the door and down the stairs. Very short walk to coffee, cafes, and restaurants. Short walk or drive to other beaches, activities, and downtown Laguna Beach. Very easy communication with our host. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Not a three bedroom! This is a two bedroom house with a sofa sleeper in the living room - shame on me for not looking at the pictures and description more closely, but the title is misleading.If you intend on using the sofa sleeper you may confirm there is full bedding available because our first night we did not have a comforter for the sofa bed. The house is tiny (as advertised) but the rooms are stuffed with furniture and it is hard to move around. The laundry machine and dryer were both functional, but both had broken buttons and some of the settings were unavailable. Bring your own coffee grounds!The location was FANTASTIC. Perfect for shopping, walking to coffee and lunch spots, and a gorgeous beach view. Check-in and check-out was seamless.

Great location and wonderful views. Saw dolphins a few days. A bit tight for 4 people but close friends make it work. Needs to be stocked a bit better. Overall, we would rexommend it.

The location was perfect! A staircase right out the front door to the beach. We enjoyed the sunset from our living room, a nice breeze, quiet, not alot of people on the beach. Very comfortable location!!

The view is spectacular. Sitting on the patio, quiet and beautiful. Guaranteed parking spot not always available so this is great. Fully stocked kitchen.

This was a great VRBO! We’ve always stayed right near the main beach so I wasn’t sure how we’d like the location, but it was great. The view from the living room and patio was beautiful and so convenient with kids being able to go back and forth from the beach as they please. We would definitely stay here again!

Only had two nights, but loved the location, the views and proximity to the Pacific. The home was great, close to much of what Laguna has to offer. We enjoyed the patio, the firepit and the coastal access immensely

We really enjoyed the property and location. Had trouble figuring out how to operate the AC, but only needed it one afternoon and didn’t bother asking the owner. I’m sure it was an easy solution. We had a very nice time in Laguna trying to escape the east coast cold. We loved our place for at the beach. We will be back!

Everything was just perfect for our girls trip. can’t beat the views and sounds of ocean all night long. Great location, and Derek was so helpful and responsive

My kids were so happy being so close to the beach. They were able to come and go very easily from this property. The property manager was very helpful and made sure every need we had was met. They even door dashed us an extra blanket.

You really can't beat the location of this property. It is right by the ocean with a great view. We used the kitchen a lot for meals so we didnt have to eat out as much. We highly recommend Heidelburg Cafe for breakfast and Saphire for a nice meal. Also the grocery store Raphs is nearby. The firepit was great for doing smores.Having the garage for our car was a real bonus considering the parking situation in that area. Also I should note the host was prompt in getting back to us when we had questions.

This property is all of what it says!! My third time staying here! The views and amenities never disappoint!! The bedding is AMAZING! The hosts are superb!!!

We stayed here for a wedding in Laguna Beach and enjoyed the incredible location to the beach and town. Everything was in walking distance and the fire pit area was a great place to sit and enjoy some good conversation.

The property was excellent! We loved having the windows open at night and falling asleep to the crashing waves. We would book again without hesitation.
