Spacious, Private Cape Cod Cottage with Central Air

The rental was very clean and comfortable. Just me and my Wife for our anniversary. Very well stocked kitchen with all the spices we could ask for. The bunkhouse was very cool, but we had plenty of room in the house. Nice selection of puzzles and games to keep you occupied. This was really helpful since we were here during a Nor'easter.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Cape Cod vacation at Viki’s beautiful home. It has been updated and enlarged very nicely and yet still maintains its Cape cod feeling/decor and charm. Viki and family take great pride in their home and improvements and you can feel that. Vicky is amazing, the perfect host, so flexible and accommodating. She made us feel so welcomed, by the end of our stay, we felt her home was already our home away from home. And the location was perfect for us. Centrally located in Cape cod, you are under an hour drive to Provincetown and the northern bike trails but also under an hour to the bridge and Buzzards Bay rail trails and bikeways. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is right down the road, as is our favorite shopping centers, complete with regular grocery stores and a natural food market, as well as Barb’s bike shop for you biking enthusiasts. You also have walking trails all around you to experience Cape Cod’s natural beauty and Nickerson State Park is only about 30 minutes away, where we often like to swim in their ponds. And of course you have the bay and ocean also within a short drive, and great restaurant all around you! We couldn’t have asked for a better location or a better place to stay with a perfect host! We really enjoyed the large kitchen and living room! If our kids were a bit older they would have enjoyed sleeping in the bunkhouse, but we had enough beds in the main house. Outdoor areas were great as well. Took full advantage of the well-stocked kitchen for cooking and beach chairs for outings. Thank you again!

My daughter and I go on a girl's vacation every year and this is the second year we stayed at this cottage. It has everything you need. We especially enjoy the large family room. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Viki is very kind and easy to work with. We just made reservations for our third year in a row!

The amenities at the property were great. We didn’t get much time to spend at the property because of all the sightseeing but the beds were incredibly comfortable and there was everything there that you could possibly need to make it feel like home. Viki was in communication with me from the moment we confirmed our reservation and was quick to respond to any questions I had. We enjoyed our stay!

This is our second time staying at this property. We love it for it's proximity to the top things to see and do on the Cape. The house is well equipped with everything one would need. It is nicely decorated and very cozy for short or long stays. The owners are great to deal with and very accomodating. Highly recomend.

We had a wonderful stay at a very welcoming, charming family cottage. Everything was as described and shown in pictures. This is the best-equipped cottage rental you will ever have. Full kitchen with modern appliances that don’t look like they belong in the Smithsonian, plenty of china and glassware, roomy enclosed sun room, bed linens and towels, everything you need. Country lane location not far from grocery and restaurants.

My mom, daughter and I decided to go to the Cape for Thanksgiving. This cottage was perfect! Bright and cheery and so tastefully decorated. It was spotless and stocked with everything you could possibly need, including cleaning supplies, tp, towels, etc. The owners even provided shower handles for my elderly mom, and also installed a railing on the back deck (steps). FYI, the beds are a bit high, but very comfortable. (My elderly mom was most comfortable in the twin bed as it was lower.) A grocery store is a 1/2 mile away and restaurants nearby. We had such a great time and would love to return! Thank you for making our getaway so easy and memorable!
