Hop on a bike at nearby Oak Street to access the Cape Cod Rail Trail, or take a short 6.3-mile drive into Chatham for theaters, live music, shopping, and seal tours. You'll also find the Freedom Ferry to Nantucket and a variety of galleries, bakeries, and more within walking distance.

Pet-Friendly: One dog allowed for $25 per night. A pet registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Please note that all fireplaces are decorative only and not operational.
Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited both inside and outside of the home
Parking: A maximum of 3 vehicles is allowed on the property.
Guests must be 25 years or older to book, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Valid ID may be requested.
Linens Included: Bed sheets, bath towels, dish towels, beach towels, and bath mats are provided for your stay.
4pm Check-In, 10am Check-Out
Payments: For reservations made more than 60 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance is automatically charged 60 days prior to arrival. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Cancellation Policy: All reservations are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for details.

    This home is exquisite. We didn't take a single detail for granted - both the beautiful antique characteristics and with the modern updates and mid-century modern furnishings. The home has three very comfortable bedrooms. My husband and I traveled with our 2-year old daughter and my mother joined us to help out. Everyone had their own en suite bathroom. The master was so luxurious and private. Beds in all of the rooms were very comfortable. The house feels so incredibly clean and comfortable - like staying at a 5-star resort which really helped us to relax and enjoy the trip. Especially where we aren't dining out and going out as often between COVID and having a toddler. It was so enjoyable to be able to cook meals in this modern kitchen, take advantage of the beautiful dining and enjoy the lovely backyard and deck. I truly cannot say enough great things about this home and I hope to visit again!
