50 feet of private waterfront space with private dock, outside fire pit, and large lawn that let you experience all sorts of activities right by the water.

Quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and gas range stove along with the four person dining table make for a perfect setting for those of you who like to cook. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with an assortment of spices if you need a pinch.

One private bedroom with new quality bedding for a queen size bed and there is a twin day bed in the sun room letting the cottage comfortably sleep three.

The cottage is 15 minutes from downtown Naples and 40 minutes from downtown Portland to enjoy restaurants and nightlife.

Our stay was amazing! We hated to come back to reality! The pond is a quiet and tranquil location.Everyone was friendly also.The only issue was that we could not get directions to the location until the morning we were leaving & we could not get instructions for the process of exiting the property until the morning when we were leaving. It was a little bit of inconvenience because we were rushing around to leave on those mornings.The only other issue was the screen door to the deck didn't open & close well. It was kind of a pain to open/close so it made a lot of noise.Other than that we would definitely return next year!Keep us in mind Chris!

Our stay was perfect. Very nicely done home which is perfect for 2 people. Well appointed. Great views of the pond. It is everything Maine is supposed to be.
