House was clean and beds were comfortable. Host quickly responded to lawn needing to be mowed. House approximately two blocks off ocean and central to points of interest. Would rent again.

We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring Long Beach, Biloxi, and Ocean Springs. The fishing pier, boat launch, and beach were all within easy walking distance, which we really appreciated. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

The unit was perfect. However, the beach view is misleading. You can SEE the Gulf/beach if you look between the houses. However, it is a short walk to the wonderful beach. We loved the convenience of being close to so many options including groceries, restaurants, casinos, boat rides and even New Orleans. Also, people were friendly. The host replied quickly to all communication. I wish the back porch was a little bigger (this is where you can SEE the Gulf). We really enjoyed our stay.

The positives: beds and dining room chairs are comfortable; the house was clean; it was truly 3 minutes from the beach. The negatives: The train tracks are 2 minutes away with trains going by at all hours of the day and night, some even shook the house; The house is in the flight path for at least one runway at the airport with the first flight being around 6:15 as well as in the flight path for some military jets; Living room furniture was uncomfortable; and the couch arm was broken; only streaming so no local channels to watch college and nfl playoffs much less the weather and local news.

Made my annual trip to my home away from home. It was wonderful as always!Such a great little house and fantastic host.

Property was very clean and well kept. Had the “home” feel, while still being on vacation. Highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to get away for few day.

I was in Gulfport/Biloxi on business. The property location was in the middle of the project site. (Working on traffic control devices along US 90) It was a week long task, so the spouse and pet join in. The kitchen was spacious with great appliances. Just what we were looking for!

This was definitely the best beach home rental that we've ever stayed at.

Easy access to the beach, restaurants and other activities. Clean. We would definitely consider staying there again.

For the price, it was a great property in a decent area. Walk to the beach in 5 minutes or so. 2.3 miles to Shaggy's and about 3 miles to the aquarium and downtown Gulfport areas. Probably only a 10-15 minute drive to Biloxi. There are a lot of trains that go by 2 blocks away and lots of overhead commercial and military plane traffic, so if you are a light sleeper take that into account.

This beautiful cottage is in a great location for a visit to the Mississippi gulf coast. It’s located in Gulfport, which is close to Biloxi, Pass Christian, and even Bay St. Louis. The cottage itself is about 1 1/2 blocks from the beach. There are restaurants nearby. The cottage is furnished with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again!
