Lovely hosts made our stay here very relaxing, they welcomed us and our dog to their property and made us feel at home. A great base for touring this picturesque area, we can recommend the Jingellic pub for lunch. Thanks for the suggestions Ron! But oh my that view had us transfixed and we enjoyed a glass of wine or two gazing down the valley to the mountains. Very comfortable accommodation and wonderful hosts.
Good host with the necessary facilities.
Ron and Sarah are gracious hosts who made sure we had everything we needed but also left us alone to explore and enjoy this wonderful property. If you are passing Towong don't miss this gem. Our puppy also had a good time playing with all the neigbouring dogs.
Rustic and cosy.

We had the most lovely stay in our cute log cabin our little dog enjoyed it as well. Ron and Sarah were wonderful and helpful hosts. The cabin had everything you would need in it and we had a lovely wood fire which we are used of at home plus electric heating. We intend going back next March.
Such a beautiful cottage! Ron and Sarah really took the time to show me around and give me advice on things I was interested in doing in the area. Lovely warm people, I felt so at home. Overlooking the murray, beautiful view of the mountains. Super clean and well designed house. Central location for hiking up the mountains.
Nice quiet area and comfortable accommodation
We stayed in the 1 bedroom cottage built by Ron himself, with wonderful exposed timbers and unique wood carved features. Peaceful location and a Murray valley view at the bottom of the garden to die for. Lovely place to chill out or as a base for exploring the snowy mountains and valleys
What a beautiful, comfortable little cabin. Loved the woodwork and quirky touches. Ron was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is exceptional with panoramic views of the Murray and the mountains beyond.
Lovely area, comfortable little cottage and the best hosts you could ask for. The viewing deck is the icing on the cake - wonderful views in a peaceful setting.
A beautiful rustic cottage in a gorgeous location and hosted by lovely and generous people! What more could you want? It is our 2nd stay here and won’t be our last.
The cottage was comfy and well equipped and Sarah and Ron were lovely welcoming host. The views are amazing and we enjoyed a bath in the river! Would have loved to stay longer!
My hubby and i stayed here for just one night while visiting khancoban, I had a wonderful childhood growing up in khancoban but hadn't been back in 23 years, not much has changed in that time! we had a wonderful stay in cottage 1, we were even lucky enough to have a massive thunder storm on the night we stayed with heaps of lightning too! super comfy bed, but i slipped in the shower so make sure you pop the non slip mat down, the hosts were super lovely and really helpful, our nav man took us 15 minutes the wrong way, but when i called the owner she gave us fantastic directions to get to the property, so beautiful and quiet and pet friendly too! we loved our stay!
What a great place for holiday. Ron and Sarah are very welcoming, knowledgeable about the area.. Both the property and the house very clean. The house very cosy and nice. Thanks again Ron and Sarah for this amazing stay, everything was amazing

We had a lovely time even it's just a short one night stay. Thank you Ron for sharing the way where the one of the bridges are closed. The place is lovely. The view is magnificent! The viewing deck is spectacular!
We were only able to stay a night but enjoyed the accommodation and area so much we felt we’d love to return and explore more - the cabin was clean & comfortable with beautiful views of the Murray River & surroundings to enjoy and photograph and we appreciated our host giving us a tour of the property plus turning the heating on in preparation for our arrival.
We had the most wonderful stay here. The cabin itself was comfortable and cosy. Our hosts were fabulous - so welcoming to us and our dogs and full of ideas for us to make the most of our trip. The location of the property was perfect for exploring the Upper Murray region. The views from the deck over the river whether first thing in the morning or for a sunset drink are magnificent.
