Stayed Jun 23, 2025The Gulls Nest was exactly as described. One suggestion there should be an air conditioner in the bedroom or a larger one in the main living area. Also some curtains on the windows so the air conditioning is not fighting the sun so much. The pool was great and the people friendly.

I don’t travel much so I worry about getting scammed but this was definitely the best and the hosts were very helpful and quick to respond Gregg and Cheryl were great. Stayed Oct 6, 2023What a cute little place to stay! Super clean, nice kitchen, wonderful hosts. Quiet area even though you're close to Rte 1. Everything you need is within walking distance. Can't wait to go back next year!

Stayed Aug 19, 2023I love this super cute property. Recently and beautifully updated, all incidentals included - super thoughtful hosts! Permanent residents are friendly. The location is perfect, Wells Beach is a 3 min drive, Ogunquit - 10 mins, York Beach - 15 Mins, Nubble Light House/Cape Neddick - 15 mins, Perkins Cove - 15 Mins, Kittery - 25 Mins, Old Orchard Beach/Saco - 25 Mins, Portland - 35 Mins. We popped into New Hampshire twice - only 25-30 mins away. There is plenty to do; all in close proximity to this property and I love bringing my children here to experience the Maine I've grown up with. We'll be back!
