Stayed Jan 22, 2026This was one of the most welcoming spots I've ever discovered on VRBO. The host has attended to every detail in the most thoughtful way. The kitchen is well appointed and the beds and pillows very comfy. Communication was attentive and responsive. We really enjoyed our visit and hope to return.

Stayed Dec 29, 2025This property was one of our best experiences. It was exactly as advertised, and the hostess was so wonderful and accessible.I felt so welcomed and at home the second I entered the house. It was clean and had a very homey feel to it. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed to make a New Year's Eve dinner, and the house was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do.Our dogs loved the big backyard where they ran and played while we enjoyed roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. Everyone had a great time!

Stayed Nov 8, 2024We loved Peachtree Cottage! It was very clean with beautiful decor and a fully stocked kitchen, including coffee, tea, and spices! The fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs to run in, and the neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful for going on walks. We would love to stay here next time we visit St. Simons.

Stayed Aug 25, 2024Mimi's place was the perfect setup for me, my wife and another golf pro buddy to stay during our Georgia PGA Section Championship. Her place has everything we needed, is super conveniently located on the island and her communication and recommendations were awesome. Highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning.

All essentials are provided with parking for 4-5 vehicles if needed on a quiet neighborhood street. Owner provided great timely communications
