Located in the highly desirable town of Aldeburgh, Sleepers Cottage is a delightful terraced cottage which has undergone a full refurbishment in 2024. Situated just a short distance from the High Street and thebeach, the property offers an ideal base to explore the Suffolk heritage coastline.

The accommodation is arranged over two floors. The ground floor benefits from a lounge with a log burner – ideal for cosy winter evenings by the fire. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with modern appliances and double doors opening onto a fully enclosed patio/garden equipped with outdoor furniture. Outside also features a pretty garden room(also has wifi access) in a tucked away position providing a private space ideal for a quiet read and relaxation. There is also a family bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find the two bedrooms; The main bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom is a twin room.

Aldeburgh's shingle beach with its quirky range of fish shacks are just a stroll away. It also has a bustling High Street with charming galleries, original independent shops, local pubs and restaurants. Two renowned golf courses at Aldeburgh and Thorpeness are situated within two miles. Further afield you'll find a whole host of local attractions on offer including the famous Thorpeness Meare and the world renowned music venue ‘Snape Maltings'
