We had three couples- watch your head in the loft! Overall we had a wonderful, fun filled trip. The location was perfect with an easy walk to The Shore Club restaurants and H2O beach bar. We walked the beach, kayaked, hung at the pool and enjoyed the fire pit, all steps from the house. Took a short drive to Grace Bay beach, Thursday Fish Fry, The Cave Bar, a couple of other restaurants and went on a group boat tour which was a blast! The house was good for our needs and priced well, but had some deferred maintenance that Wesley will be taking care of. We stayed 11 days and still didn’t do all we wanted to do! Might have to return to the beautiful waters of Turks and Caicos.

We stayed in February 2026 for our annual girls trip (year 17!) and this place was everything we hoped for. The location is perfect, and check-in and check-out were seamless.Ben was incredible — he kept the grounds looking great, built the fire pit for us, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire stay. The dishwasher wasn’t working during our visit, but he was already replacing it after we left, which says a lot about how well the property is cared for.No complaints at all. Truly a 10-star experience and we can’t wait to come back!

The owner was responsive and very helpful with any questions I had prior and during our stay. The house was beautiful, and clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Ben was on hand everyday to take care of anything we needed and to keep everything outside in great shape. He was wonderful!

The house is very cozy and well kept. We loved how calm and peaceful it is. We would stay again.

Fantastic location and a very responsive host. Kayaks/paddle boards had some issues when we arrived, our host immediately bought new equipment. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Easy paddle to Captain Oaks tiki bar and an easy drive to anywhere on the island. This was a fantastic trip!!

Wesley and Tatum are very welcoming hosts, end of a quiet road, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

This stay was not able to be completed because of the hurricane. I found the owner to be excellent and a top not human being. He worked with us understanding the situation and never wavered. My appreciation for that is immeasurable. And I would highly recommend staying at this facility.

We really enjoyed our stay. Paddle boarded several times, saw stingrays, sea turtles and a little shark. So much fun

Beautiful cottage with perfect combination of beachfront and a pool! Great location tucked away on a quiet beach but close enough to Grace bay to enjoy all it has to offer.

Property is beautiful! House is nice and cozy. If you plan to cook a lot , they only have the essentials. You can sit outside and watch all the kite boarders go by. Ben is super helpful if you need anything while you there. While you are there you should check out Grace bay, Smiths Reef , and head up the street and try the Cocovan airstream restaurant. Really good food. We went deep sea fishing and caught 17 fish . We also went horseback riding on the beach . I do not recommend, the horses were malnourished and not well taken care of. Such a beautiful island , we will be back !

This is a lovely beach house and Wesley was very responsive. The house is on Long Bay and very secluded which we loved not being right in the middle of Grace Bay hustle. You absolutely need a car to get around as there is almost nothing to which you can walk. The Shore Club is walkable along the beach and they have two wonderful restaurants. Our favorite meal was at The Almond Tree. The beach behind the house is not really a beach. There isn’t room to play and the water is literally up to your ankles and eventually your calves when you get about 30m out. This is a perfect spot for a family with young kids. Beach access to Grace Bay is close and very easy to get to. Firepit is AMAZING! The outdoor bed is such a dreamy addition. the pool is perfect for kids and just hanging out. The kitchen has all the tools needed to cook and we enjoyed many meals at the house. The screened in porch was not featured in pics and it was so great for dinners and early morning reading. The beds were SOOOO comfortable and bathrooms downstairs were very updated. The upstairs space is a little weird. Very tight spiral staircase where at the top you will hit your head on the ceiling unless you are under 5ft. The bathroom is only a toilet and pedestal sink but the room has a has a sitting area and truly is perfect for kids to have their own space. We really did love the house and are grateful for Ben who helped us with our fire, keeping the grounds nice and just being a kind presence.

This is a very nice place. just off the beach. We brought our family of 6 comfortably for 8 days - we wish we could have stayed longer. Ben and his crew were present daily and incredibly helpful and kind!!!Thank you so much! My family enjoyed this time away! Perfect find!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay greatly. Wonderful location in fantastic views and amenities out the back of the house. Everything you need for cooking inside and attentive management. We would definitely go here again.

This property was exactly as advertised. A wonderful place for our family to stay. We had five adults and we head room for probably a couple more if needed. The house sits a few feet from kite boarding beach on Long Beach and you can walk this beach or wade out into the shallow water. You can even see the water and beach from the pool. We had plenty of room and everything you would need for your vacation at the house. The owner, Wesley, was excellent to work with. He answered all of our questions up until the day before we left and even after if we had any questions. When you arrive one of the nicest people you can meet, Ben, is the property manager, and he will help you in anyway possible during your stay. There’s no doubt in our mind. If we go back, we we are going to stay there again.The property is also very close to other beaches in the shopping area approximately a 10 minute drive. There you can find coffee, shops, and souvenir shops, and nice places to eat. One other note that I wondered about when I was looking at the property, we did not see any mosquitoes not one. I don’t know if it’s because it had not rained in a while and it was dry or if it’s always that way, but I can tell you we can’t prepared with bug spray and didn’t even have to get it out. Our family gives this house a 10 out of 10 in every aspect!

Host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our girls trip. Would definitely recommend accommodations to anyone looking for house on the beach.

Best beach front property for the money. We had an epic time.

All it was supposed to be. No surprises

Small but quaint. Absolutely perfect location though. Beach out back was steps away from the water. Everything in the hose worked as advertised. Only complaint was that we had 6 people staying and there were only 4 coffee cups. Ben and the other staff brought us more but it took a couple of days.

This is the perfect vacation spot! The beach house is literally on the beach. It is quiet and very well appointed. The views are amazing! Everything you would want to do at the beach is provided. Wesley, it was our pleasure and we hope to see you again in the future!

We had such an amazing stay at this property with our family. It was the first time our 3 kids have been to e island, but my husband and I’s sixth. If you are wanting a peaceful and calm stay, this is a great place.

The home and location were perfect for our group with small children. The pool was great and waking up and walking out to the beach was so peaceful each morning. We enjoyed using the kayaks and relaxing in the bed on the beach. We were just a short drive to Grace Bay. Ben and his team checked in on us regularly and kept the beach nice and clean each day. Everyone had a blast and would definitely come back again. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to book beachfront with a pool.

House was perfect! Clean, well stocked, & nicely appointed. Love the screened in porch & plenty of toys for the beach. Right on the water! Only downside was its the South side of the island so the water is shallow for miles. Great for windsurfing & jet skiing but not great for snorkeling & swimming. Overall great house, great vacation.not great for swimming & snorkeling.

Great location to tourists attractions, but with your own private beach close to the mangroves

We rented both houses on the property to celebrate our anniversary with our family and friends. Everything was perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and prepare meals. We could easily walk to the shore club hotel on long bay beach for bars and restaurants. The kiting was fabulous we launched right from the private beach . . And there was lots to keep our non kiting friends entertained .. stand up paddle, kayaks , swimming pool, comfy bed in shade etc.our hosts were very responsive to handle issues as they came up and they were able to accommodate a late checkout on departure day. We will be back!

its was like we had our own bay..saw small sting ray amd small fish. The wall along Long bay every morning was great. Close to groceries and restaurants. Would come again in a secondl

We wanted a relaxing spot to recharge and this was it! We were not able to kite as there was no wind, but this house fit our every need! Lay on the daybed during the day, sit out on the screened in porch at night. BEN always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and was delightful! He made sure the beach was clean each morning and was always there to assist if we needed it! Take a stroll down to the beach bar or walk to dinner at the Shore Club! This is a quiet gem!

Lovely stay over the holidays in an extremely convenient location, yet quiet and off the path for serene relaxation! Perfect home for our family, offering ability to walk on Long Bay Beach, sit and relax in sun, or share stories over the fire pit at dusk! Ben was fabulous assistance from the minute we arrived, providing check in guidance and local recommendations, along with grooming the beach and grounds each day.

Spent 4 nights here with a group of 6 and we had an amazing time. Ben made sure the beach was clean and we had wood for evening fires. The water was calm, clear and gorgeous. We took advantage of the kayaks & paddle boards every day. The kitchen had what we needed to cook meals daily and the rooms were spacious and clean. I would stay here again, however I would bring heavy duty bug spray w DEET. 4 of our 6 went home with head to toe no-see-um bites that are absolutely torturous.

Property was perfect. Ben was amazing and super friendly. Loved the comfortable beds. The view is stunning. The water toys are perfect.

We had such an amazing time staying here! This place would comfortably sleep three couples or six people! There’s nothing better than walking out the back door straight to the beach in the morning to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. We also enjoyed all the amenities: Paddle boards, kayaks, Fire pit and pool! 10/10 Recommend booking your stay here!

We are a family of five who comfortably fit in the house. The house is RIGHT on the water at the end of the beach and super quiet due to the mangroves and no houses to the right of the house. The manager visited everyday and was cooperative and pleasant. Would definitely return.
