Description

This property has been lovingly renovated and features cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors as well as a large kitchen that cooks will love! The kitchen features a huge island that seats five people. There is one full bath with a walk-in shower. We are located in a quiet neighborhood that is approx. 4 miles from the town village, three town beaches & Hammonasset State Park. You can enjoy the many boutique shops of Madison. The area also offers lots of great dining opportunities. Enjoy Al fresco dining on the private deck. There is also a terrace with a firepit to enjoy those cool late summer and fall evenings. The lower level of the cottage has a studio apartment that we stay in when we are in town. It has it's own private entrance and terrace. The laundry room is located in the lower area and is the only shared space. **MIN 1 WEEK (6 nights) STAY FOR MO OF JULY.

The space was wonderful and family friendly for our two year old. We were very comfortable with the two beds and brought our own crib. There are so many cozy nooks, watching the bird feeders from one window, a den to watch tv, and a massive kitchen island and nice dinning area to make food and get together. I would stay again in a heart beat!

Decor is perfect for a cottage plus large living and eating area. Stayed for a week to visit family in town and they came over willingly to chill and dinner. Outdoor seating and grill too.Great visit.
