Serenity consists of an open-plan living space with a Smart TV, dining seating for four, gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, and toaster. The bedrooms include a king-size and a twin which are serviced by a shower room and cloakroom with basin and WC. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a front enclosed decking area with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking at this property. Guests can find a shop in 0.1 mile, a pub in 1.9 miles and a beach within 0.7 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Region: The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker’s paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.

Town: Gurnard is a small, pleasant resort to the west of Cowes on the Isle of Wight. The gently shelving beach consists of sand and shingle, and since 1999, is classed one of the Islands ‘Award Winning’ beaches. Gurnard Bay is suitable for bathing, dinghy sailing and windsurfing. The village has a beachside cafe, an award-winning restaurant and two pubs both serving good food. The two mile walk along the coastal road into West Cowes is a lovely stroll both in summer and winter alike. Cowes is divided into two distinct towns, linked by the regular floating bridge chain ferry. It is a world-famous yachting centre, with superb facilities for all kinds of watersports, as well as a wealth of excellent restaurants, inns, and plenty of interesting shops. In East Cowes a great day out is Osborne House, Queen Victoria's Italian-style country retreat. Gurnard is an ideal base for exploring the rest of the island, such as sandy beaches, lovely walking country, picturesque chines and many family attractions.

    I live on the Isle of Wight and booked to stay here while my kitchen is being refitted. The caravan is located in a lovely part of the park, very peaceful with a field directly behind to walk the dog. It is very comfortable inside and has everything you need generally - but do take toilet roll as there is nowhere near enough supplied. I would also recommend taking outdoor chairs as the ones there get covered in tree debris and bird poo! The biggest negative was that I needed to slightly amend my dates due to change of schedule with the kitchen. I tried to contact owners through the Vrbo app as advised- no response - so contacted Vrbo directly who never got back to me either. I was unable to get a refund by that time so first 4 days were a waste of time and money. On that basis alone I wouldn’t recommend the place and definitely won’t use Vrbo again.

    We were very happy on arrival. Beautiful and clean. Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils etc. Do bring with you sufficient toilet paper and soap if staying more than a day as we had to purchase these ourselves for a stay of 3 nights.
