Clean, great communication and people

This was the perfect stay. The condo was very clean and decorated to perfection. The location was perfecrion, with everything in walking distance. It is a bonus to be right off the lot of The Dunes restaurant, which is a must stop for either breakfast or dinner..or both! This was our second time at OBX, our first at The North Easter and our second dining experience at The Dunes. We hope to make thos part of our family's traditions. We are already talking talking about our trip next year and wanting to stay here again.

This property is described perfectly. Patrick was very accodomating to our delayed arrival. The location is within walking distance of a lot of food shopping centers. Very clean and will kept!! There is only 1 TV, but we made it work LOL, it's football season. Plan to visit again!

Property was clean and neat just as the photos. Also close to shopping and restaurants. My favorite place for breakfast since I started visiting Nags Head was the Dune's. Still there and nicely updated and expanded. Same owners and by chance owned our rental unit. Same excellent food, service, and reasonable prices. No use looking elsewhere and it was on the other end of the parking lot. Will be returning!

Great location, walking distance to the Jenette's Pier. Well equipped kitchen, we cooked a lot there. Very charming two bedroom with a very OBX beach feel. It was great.

A perfect place for me and my spouse for a week at the Outer Banks. Very convenient location for beach access and local South Nags Head places. Comfortable furniture and beds. Our host Patrick was truly fantastic--responsive, nice, helpful. Look forward to being back if not to this property then to others.

We were able to spend 4 nights in nor’easter. My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect size. Patrick was readily available for any questions or needs. Check in was very smooth. Beach access was really close, plenty of parking spaces and a deck in the front and the back of the house. We were able to watch the sunrise and sunset. We didn’t use the kitchen but it looked like it was stocked with plenty of cookware.

Loved everything about my stay in Nags Head, property was clean, adorable, great location and just perfect for me and my 3 daughters highly recommend staying here...

We loved the appartment and had a wonderful stay, it was cozy, clean, well equipped and much closer to the beach access than expected!

This is a gem of a condo. It’s clean, nicely decorated, in a great location at the southern end of Nag’s Head a super easy walk to the beach, and Patrick is a great host. My family stayed in this unit, and relatives in the adjoining unit at the same time - what a wonderful way to stay close together without all crowding in somewhere. We’ll definitely be back. Make sure you try the Dunes restaurant that the owner’s family runs. It was a wonderful surprise with delicious food and even some live entertainment

Perfect!

Me and a few of my friends drove down from New York during spring break and we had an amazing time. Patrick was easy to communicate with and was very sweet and understanding. We were about a 5 minute walk to the beach and a close drive to the pier. We were also very close to all the shopping and restaurants near by. We will be back!!

Patrick was very accommodating. The thermostat broke on one unit and Patrick helped us move to another place at no charge and then took care of our tab at the nearby Dunes restaurant for our inconvenience. Great location right across the street from the beach. Thanks Patrick
