**We offer a strictly non-smoking environment and invite discerning travelers who will appreciate and care for our property as if it were their own. Please do not inquire for larger groups, pets, or for stays less than one week during high season, (Saturday to Saturday only during summer.)

• We treat all guests with equal respect and offer superb value, therefore we do not offer discounts. Ever. (Unless you are a snowbird staying for 30+ days during January, February and March.)

    What a lovely cottage , it was perfect for us. The beds were amazing, extremely comfy, a well equipped kitchen which we use for a handfull of meals, and fantastic privacy and parking which was especially good. Perfect location, 2 blocks from the La Jolla beach. Also Marilyn was very fast on communication. We will be back soon!

    We had a great long weekend visit. House was one of the cleanest we’ve ever rented. Great location blocks from the beach. Lots of meal options within walking distance. Easy access to San Diego, Mission Beach and Seaworld. Having a garage was great because street parking gets filled up quickly. We’re already looking for when we can return.

    Great property! Wonderful location with a myriad of restaurants 1-2 blocks away. Quiet street, easy in and out access to activities. The house is quiet and spacious. Awesome layout for a small family! The master bed was the only thing that I’d say needs an update, but it’s still decent. The owners are very gracious and accommodating, and overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

    Great location, walking distance to very cute area with restaurants, coffee shops, short walk to the beach. Hosts were great about communication with us when I had misplaced the code to get in (my fault and they were great about that!). Cute patio isolated from others, we would stay again!

    This cottage is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. It's very quiet and private. My partner and I like to cook and the kitchen is well equipped except for seasoning such as olive oil, salt, pepper and herbs and spices, bring your own! The furniture is modern and the cottage flooring is all tile. It would be nice to have an occasional area rug and soft bath mats in the bathrooms. We struggled with the AC thermostat Nest because I've never used one before...Senior citizen challenge!!! I found the master bed very comfortable! Bathrooms well equipped with shampoo, facial cleansing wipes etc. Outdoor patio is very nice with a bubbling system in the landscaping. We used the grill, it worked fine. All in all a very nice place to stay for our week at the beach. Thank you to the managers...

    This is our 4th stay - it is clean , well appointed and overall just lovely! Marilyn makes checking in a breeze and is available for any issues - but we had none! A perfect location - so close to restaurants and shopping, 3 blocks from the beach! Quiet and private - a perfect getaway in beautiful Lajolla Shores
