Secluded Backyard Cottage on Walkable Phinney Ridge

Very lovely property and convenient to get to public transportation to get into Seattle without having to drive and park in the city. Great place to stay and I will be back!

The property was very clean and as described. It is a lovely neighborhood and very quiet, with very good access to the main part of Seattle. The hosts were friendly and very responsive. There were several restaurants within walking distance. The only negative is that the instructions for the TV and the list of TV channels needs to be updated.

Such a lovely cottage! Peter and Ann were incredible hosts and had lots of helpful information provided. I spent each morning on the patio drinking coffee and listening to all the song birds in the neighborhood. Really a special little place to stay and so much in walking distance! Incredible coffee, beautiful parks, the zoo, and lots of restaurants. Also not far from Fremont or Ballard! Will definitely book again!!

Peter & Anne were excellent hosts. The cottage was calm and quiet, with great food options only a few minutes walk away. The patio overlooking the garden was lovely, too. Highly recommended if you're looking for a cozy, quiet place to stay in the neighborhood.

This was one of those rentals I plan to come back to! Quiet, walkable/right next to Green Lake, a cozy cottage with everything we needed, and a beautiful garden and patio to boot! Peter and Anne were such personable and welcoming hosts. All around a great experience!

I really enjoyed my stay in this pleasant neighborhood. The cottage and area were clean and safe. If you're a walker there are quite a lot of things to do nearby. I would stay here again if in the area.
