Courtney was great about resolving our plumbing issues. Maybe not the best choice for 5 women!

Traditional maine camp. On the water. Well maintained and clean. Owner was incredible. Great access to wayer equipment provided and was a relaxing and obviously generationally loved property. 5 stars

This was our second stay at Kamaray. We rented both of the houses on the property. We came with 7 adults and 4 small children and the space worked out great! The property manager met us when we arrived and showed us around. All of the beds were made with fresh sheets and there were plenty of fresh new towels provided. The cabins have the quintessential 'lakehouse' feel. Our favorite part is the location though. We rent a pontoon boat, which we can pull right up to the private dock on location and it works out great! (I highly recommend taking a ride over to Frye Island if you rent a boat) The sunsets are the perfect way to end the day and can't be beat. We hope to come back again for sure!

Day one waited till 6pm to get into place (check in is 2pm.) everything they provide was old or broken. Umbrella on dock... broken, DVD player... broken, most screens broken or none... my father (who is not a big man/ 75 years old) sat on deck chair, fell through and almost broke his arm on filthy deck. Day 2, opened grill to find a large mouse nest, I had to clean myself (GROSS.) Trash left everywhere on property by previous renters. Sheets provided were stained and ripped.

Great spot on the lake. Protected by the islands and easy access to the main body of water and Songo River area. Note to the owner, if there were more detail to having the place cleaned up and ready for new group coming in, it might have gotten another star. Instead it had the appearance of no one being there for a few months. All porches and dock were messy and cob webs everywhere. Took a few hours of all of us cleaning up to make it feel clean and that started all of us off on a sour note. However, it was a great week and a great spot. Rustic feel inside the cabins for sure.

We rented both of the properties that Courtney offers (side by side cottages) for a long weekend as a friend was getting married down the street at the Migis Lodge. We were a group of 10 adults and one toddler and this property could not have worked out more perfectly for us. Everyone had their own bed and we never felt cramped whatsoever, even when all 10 of us met in the beautiful family room overlooking the lake (take in a sunset if you decide to rent here, it was stunning). Communication with Courtney throughout the process was seamless and below are the most memorable pros of the trip: - Beautiful lakefront view - Sturdy docks for boat dockage and taking in the lake - Large sitting room for large groups that overlooks the lake - Easily sleeps 10+ people - Feels extremely private while being accessible to everything Sebago Lake has to offer - Excellent WiFi! I would highly recommend renting this property if you're a group of 6+ and look forward to the opportunity to return at some point!
