This clean and comfortable cottage sleeps up to 6 and is located closer to the golf course (quieter from beach resort rental activity) but only half a mile from all of the activities of the resort. For those winter enthusiasts the cottage is close to snowmobile trails, ice fishing and Shawnee Peak Skiing is only 20 miles away.

Stayed Aug 7, 2025Had a fantastic stay here. Kathryn was so pleasant and accommodating to us. The cottage is the perfect size and very clean. The resort itself is lovely, although we didn’t partake in any of the activities except going to the beach there is a lot to do there if you’re so inclined. Point Sebago was a great location to go out from. I will admit I was a little nervous about it being noisy with so many families and children but it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend staying here.

The backyard was great and more private than most. This was the perfect location for us. We would definitely stay again. My kids & I had a great time. Thank you !
