Seabrook 2 Bedroom cottage with hot tub, pet friendly

This was a great property.

House was very cute and home-y. After a very rainy day, it was nice to able get comfy with a movie, go into the hot tub and chill after a long day. I was falling asleep because I was so relaxed. The area is very quiet when not busy. Everything is just so cozy and aesthetic. Only complaint is I do wish check-in was sooner than 4pm.

Cute, well-appointed cottage in a great location near the ocean. We had a nice stay overall, but the hot tub never heated properly, and a kitchen cabinet along with the refrigerator handle were broken, which detracted from the experience.

The property was very pet and kid friendly. There was a pack and play and pet dishes as well as pet blankets to be used on furniture. The property was a short walk to downtown, which was very convenient. We loved our stay and plan to return!

Our host Richard was wonderful and the amenities were fabulous. We love all the little special touches inside the house. We brought our dog and he loved it too. The house is in a perfect location with grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops just a few blocks away. The weather was beautiful and beautiful walk to the beach was perfect. We definitely will be back again.!! Thank you so much

Host was responsive and helpful, place was clean and comfortable and in a great location!

The heat in the bathroom was not working or very inadequate especially with outside temperature being frosty. We did not enjoy taking a shower in a cold bathroom. The only lighting was in the ceiling and very inadequate to read our books by. Since it was cold outside we had planned to stay in and catch up on our reading over a few days. The bed pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. We had booked for three nights but left after the first day. The owner refused any kind of refund. We have stayed in many other homes in Seabrook and have enjoyed our stay and not been disappointed. Sorry to say this is not the case with this stay.

The host was very responsive. The cottage was very clean. Tons of games.

Great little town and rental unit. Enjoyed being able to walk everywhere in town and to the beach. DVD collection and board games in the cupboard were appreciated. Hot tub wasn’t warmed up prior to our arrival and we were not able to use until 2nd day.

Hot tub was cool, until we turned up the heat and waited till the next day. It also foamed really bad. Owner charged us an extra cleaning fee for the hot tub afterward. We are clean 70 year olds and did not get it any dirtier than it was when we got there. Very disappointed in the charge.

A Perfect Stay at the Perfect Wave Cottage!We had an amazing time at the Perfect Wave Cottage! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and kindness who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The communication was prompt for our getaway to Seabrook. The cottage itself was beautifully appointed, with stunning views and all the amenities we could want.The location was perfect for our needs, offering the tranquility we sought along with easy access to nearby attractions. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the cottage, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living space. The little things were all so thought out. We feel blessed to have had the opportunity to share time together in this home.Overall, our experience was nothing short of fantastic! Thank you to our wonderful hosts, Richard and Yvonne for their courteous service and for making our vacation so memorable. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

We loved the walkabilty, cozy home with a hot tub!

Better sharp knives, there were only 2. Refrigerator froze my cucumbers but the beer was really cold. Refrigerator is really loud. We are not really complaining, just a little bit maintenance. Thank you Richard!

This was my first visit to Seabrook and I couldn't have stayed at a nicer place. Extremely comfortable with all possible amenities available. I was very impressed with the layout of the small house. I could have lived there by myself forever. Thank you, Richard!

Super cute little cottage, not far from everything. We rented bikes which was 30 for 24 hours and highly recommend that.

This is a great little cottage that is close to the main section of Seabrook. It was truly a delight staying here and we hope to come back again. Very clean and quite functional, even for four guests (only it was just the two of us). The hot tub in the back is a great way to unwind from a day at the beach. Really appreciate the host having coffee to enjoy in the mornings. A nice plus! I highly recommend staying here, as the location and host are fantastic!

Me and my husband wanted to have a short getaway. It was our first time staying in Seabrook and this tiny house made our short stay very relaxing. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease. The house is beautifully designed—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with all the essentials you could need.Despite its small size, the space felt open and welcoming, with charming touches that made it feel like home. We especially loved taking peaceful walks through the neighborhood with our dog. The location is perfect—close to shops, the beach, and walking trails, yet tucked away enough to feel private and serene.We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind. Highly recommend this tiny gem for anyone looking to relax and recharge in Seabrook!

A great place to stay

Comfortable surroundings, my spouse and I plus our dog felt cozy here without feeling crowded. Great location with short walking distance to shops/restaurants, and short walk to the beach.

We had a great time during our stay! Everything we needed was provided. My son loved the upstairs loft, and my husband and I loved the hot tub!

Such a cute cottage with all the amenities you need. We liked that it was walking distance from the beach and town. We will surely stay there again.

My daughter and I booked just one day before the trip… host immediately contacted to tell us how excited he was for our stay. All communication was flawless. Host even allowed us to check in early, which helped a ton. The house is exactly like the photos, so cute and clean on the inside! Hot tub was fantastic and clean. Definitely coming back!!!!!!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at A Perfect Wave Amazing hosts. The place was absolutely perfect and exactly as described. Communication from the host was super! Everything from booking, to check in, house rules, and check out was easy and well thought out. I had left an item of mine at the cabin and quickly emailed the host, who got back to me immediately with help in getting my things back to me. :) Thank you so much for a wonderful anniversary and birthday weekend get away. We will for sure be back!!

We had a lovely weekend in Seabrook and we found that the space was adequate for a few nights with 2 teenagers.

My wife and I celebrated our 51st anniversary and wanted to go to the ocean. We couldn’t have picked a better place. The cabin was very clean and totally stocked with everything you could possibly need. It is also located close to downtown so walking was great. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our second visit to A Perfect Wave. Other than a few minor issues with the heat and one of the electrical outlets we had a wonderful stay and Richard was very responsive when we reached out to due to the heater not working in the main room. He had a small space heater delivered first thing in the morning and called to check and follow up. He even paid an in person visit to make sure all was well and to make sure we were comfortable. We will for sure return in the future!

Richard's place is a sweet place to stay on your visit to the beautiful Seabrook oceanside resort

It was okay but cramped for two people and the sheets smelled of mildew.

Seabrook is a nice area: this is a cute little cabin w comfy beds. Cleaning needed to be better but host was willing to remedy. If you are sensitive to fragrances this spot might not work for you but otherwise ok.

If you’re looking for a nice, small, quiet getaway- this is a great place. Located close to down town and in a community of other cottages, it’s a great place to experience Seabrook.

My husband, 2 teens, and I had a wonderful time staying in #53! Clean, comfortable beds, quiet, and well stocked with necessities (kitchen items, towels, soap, toilet paper). Great location and communication with owner. Thank you!

My daughter and I had a wonderful getaway to Seabrook. This little cabin is small but was perfect for the two of us. We rented bikes and cruises back and forth to town. It’s also walkable. Two things to note: no air conditioning, they do provide two fans. Also the bed is very high up and super squeaky. Not a deal breaker for me but replacing the bed is suggested. The hot tub was a nice perk. I didn’t cook anything but the kitchen appeared to have the essentials.
