Stayed Oct 10, 2025Great location. Good for families with younger kids but actual bedrooms with privacy only sleep 7. Owner very responsive and kindly refunded pet fee after part of our group had to cancel at the last minute. We were grateful for the dog friendly fenced in back yard.

Stayed May 15, 2025Our family stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. It was easy to check in, talk to the owners, and the place was exactly as described. Plenty of space for all of us to stay comfortably and not too far from the beach. Would definitely stay again!

The owners offer so much, between bikes and beach chairs, etc. there are plenty of places on the porch or the top deck to relax and take in the views. You can walk to everything you need, beach, shops, grocery store, bars, restaurants, you name it.

Stayed Sep 14, 2024The house is lovely. Very clean and comfortable. The only surprise is the third floor bedroom with 2 single beds does not have a door so there is no privacy. The porches are beautiful and we loved our stay.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well-appointed, and the location worked well since we always go to Broadway Beach. Our biggest disappointment was that we weren't able to rebook it for next year because we didn't realize we would have to do that before we had even completed our stay. Lesson learned, I guess!
