Stayed Jun 12, 2026We stayed for a long weekend for my granddaughter‘s 13th birthday.The house was beautiful, comfortable and exactly what we needed. We sat on the deck every morning with our coffee, then walked to the very short distance to the exquisite beach! The house had everything we needed even for the beach. Check in and check out was effortless and the host checked in with us several times to make sure everything was good. We didn’t cook on this trip, but if we come back, we look forward to using the well appointed kitchen. There were plenty of shops and restaurants just a short golf cart drive away. (we walked a couple times, but it was really hot. ) I was sad that I didn’t wake up at the beach this morning as I’m back home. I highly recommend this property on Anna Maria Island!

Stayed Mar 12, 2026This was our family’s first time visiting AMI and we will definitely be back. The location of the property was awesome - its steps from the beach. It’s less than a mile to walk to restaurants and shops, but we loved having a golf cart that made it easy to go out for dinners and get groceries from the Publix. I was a little nervous with what I read about the Bean Point beach because of the currents, but my 4, 6, and 8 year olds were totally fine in the water. The beach was clean and is great for finding shells. It was also really nice that the property had beach toys, a wagon, chairs and towels to take there. The property was everything we needed. It had plenty of room for the 5 of us and was very clean. The deck and pool area were great added touches. The host sent easy check in and check out instructions and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We highly recommend visiting AMI and staying at this property!
