Sea Breezes North - Just Steps To The Beach!

The air conditioning system worked well and was easy to adjust. Good internet service and plenty of room to relax. Convenient access to the beach right across the street. The king-sized bed sure was comfortable!

This was our second stay at the cottage, so we knew just what to expect. Everything was fine. We enjoyed the outdoor shower, the comfy couches and chairs, and the nice big table for eating and games. The short walk to the beach is a real plus. The only minus would be noise from people on the other side of the duplex, but we were only aware of the noise a few times, and never late at night.

The location is perfect right at a beach access

The house was clean, and had many games to play when the weather was nasty. The host was quick to answer any time I needed anything . Plenty of pots , pans and cutlery for the week. Just Remember to grab either zip lock bags or containers for leftover food , or taking things to the beach.

We have stayed here many years in a row now and it's the perfect cozy beach retreat. While it's nothing fancy, it's comfortable, has everything we need, and is in an excellent location. It's also pet friendly and our dog loves that she gets to come along on the trip with us each year. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

When we arrived with our out of town guests, the house was in disarray. Crumbs on the kitchen table, dead flies and bugs throughout, beds with wadded bedspreads, pee on and in the toilet, I could go on. Definitely did not look like the neat, tidy photos as advertised. I didn’t read about no bedding, towels, toilet paper, paper towels or any shower/soap supplies so that was on me. But future renters should be aware of this. After much discussion with the VRBO rep and owner, finally got fully refunded.

Great place

With this property, you are ONLY paying for proximity to the beach, which is so close and convenient! The property isn't as maintained as the other properties around it and the screen door was broken and would not close. A little underwelming. Once we got inside the cottage was just as described. Comfy wooden furniture and everything you could need to cook. I wasnt super excited to read the find print after booking where we had to bring our own sheets, towels, bath mat, toilet paper, paper towels. Didn't want to make beds on vacation, but for the price and location, it was fine. Then the internet didnt work, there are instructions to unplug the router and modem with the wifi info but I couldnt fine them. I messaged Anne, the host, and she was super friendly and very responsive. Turns out the router and modem are in the other unit in the double cottage. She gave me a code, I had to go over to the other unit. I unplugged the router and realized the modem wasnt plugged in. After sometime, I got the internet working. Again, more hassel than one wants as soon as you arrive on vacation. In summary, the King bed has a large dip in the middle, which I was not used to and did not find comfortable. There are too many appliances plugged into the kitchen and when we used the microwave and oven to cook dinner the second night it tripped the breaker... which is also in the other unit as well. Between the property and stormy weather, we made the decision to leave a day early.

We had a great time. It was a perfect location for the beach and set up for our family. We loved it so much we plan on coming back next year. The owner was super friendly and easy to talk to. She was very accommodating.

Very clean place with more than enough amenities. Excellent location and easy walk to beach. The property owner Anne is very nice and easy to talk to. Would recommend to others and would definitely book it again.

This was our second year staying, and we love this property. It’s exactly as described - we love the old school beach cottage feel. It helps us really disconnect and enjoy the beach. The location across from the beach access is super convenient.

Perfect spot for a beach getaway! While this property is no frills, it had everything we needed for a wonderful stay at the beach and has a rustic charm. The location can't be beat - we'll be back!

The property was clean and very comfortable. We came during spring break in April so it was quiet and not very busy at all. The beach access was epic! HIGHLY recommend staying here and we hope to be back soon!

The property appears to have been built and furnished in the 1950s, but we enjoyed the old-time atmosphere.

We spent a few days enjoying a pre Thanksgiving getaway. This cottage was the perfect location, very clean and comfortable; would highly recommend!

Had a really nice relaxing time celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary.
