Sanderling Sea Cottages, Unit 5 w/ Ocean Views!

Home was very cozy and not in a big city which I loved. Our home was beach front, with easy access. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the main living room stayed very warm no matter how much we turned the heat down. It was to 75 degrees at one point even though the living room unit was set to 69! It was manageable with the windows open, and the rooms stayed a good temperature as they were independent units. Aside from that this house was everything we wanted! Would be great for a family! Also has 3 full bedrooms, not 2!

Very nice location on the beach with gorgeous views. We stayed during the week in October, so it wasn't an extremely busy time of year. Only complaints were noise of the building next to us being remodeled, as well as the downstairs neighbors who had a dog that barked some. The walls seem a little thin for the noise levels, but all in all, it wouldn’t keep me from staying again. I only wonder if it is worse when it's the busy season. Overall, a beautiful place and loved the beach access!

The beach access is wonderful. The unit was clean and comfortable.

Great ocean views and access to the beach. Clean, comfortable and felt like new - which is a treat on the Oregon Coast when most rentals can be a bit lived in. Unit 5 was extra nice with the extended views north.Note it is a duplex and the renters below had three small kids with a lot of energy but overall it was not an issue.Location is right on the highway without any buffer, but limited traffic noise at night. Overall a good rental with great beach.

Good layout, stunning view, deck was surprisingly private, great beach access, pet friendly.

Gorgeous location and view! The rental was clean and well stocked. Only downsides were: 1. We couldn’t get the fireplace to work and 2. The bunk bed in the 3rd room was so loose and rickety that we were not comfortable allowing any of the kids sleep up top. They slept on the pull out sofa in the living room instead. If those things could be remedied, it would be 5 stars!

Really great place. Spectacular views, easy access to the beach. Beds were big and comfortable and furniture all seemed new and good condition. It definitely has 3 full bedrooms and kitchen had everything we needed.

The Sanderling Sea Cottages were perfectly situated right on the beach, ideally located between Yachats and Waldport. When we arrived, the cottage was spotless and beautifully maintained. The rooms were tastefully decorated, and the master bedroom offered a stunning, unobstructed view of the ocean.We loved cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, which also looked out over the water. One of the highlights of our stay was watching whales breach from our balcony—an unforgettable experience. The beach was nearly empty, giving our dogs plenty of space to run and play in the waves.Also, the foosball coffee table was a great touch that my daughters both enjoyed! Thank you for an incredible week—we can’t wait to come back!

If in the area again, would rent again.

This house worked out perfectly for our family of 5. The view from the porch and living room is spectacular! The bathrooms and bedrooms were a great size for our group. We loved the location between Yachats and Depoe Bay - perfect for our activities. We would absolutely stay here again!!

The stay of four nights was fantastic. Our upstairs unit was tidy and well maintained, all amenities were perfect though wi-fi went out one night (so we enjoyed each other’s company instead). The ONLY gripe is the mattresses made us sweat because the pad is encased in a bedbug-proof cover. Please put the pad OVER the cover so guests don’t sweat!

This property was clean, everything worked, and it was exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would consider staying here again when we are in the area. This property checked everybody in our group's boxes. The access to the beach is amazing!!!

The place is so beautifully updated. And very well kept ( kudos to housekeeping)Just loved all the little touches and thought that went into this place. Had a little hick-up with figuring out the fireplace and it was after hours and not an emergency so we were okay to wait ,but man! The guy that came out ( wish I could remember his name) was there in minutes helping us out. Great customer service !The beds, couches ect, we’re comfortable and the view was to die for.. even got to see 2 shooting stars. Access was right down the stairs, “ toes in the sand”. None of us wanted to leave. We will miss #5. Thank you for everything.

We loved this property. The location was perfect and the beach was a short walk from the front porch. Beautiful sunsets. Would highly recommend!

The condo fit my family’s needs to a T. The layout and windows facing the beach was on point. We were able to feel relaxed and at home here. The area was perfect for drives to see other places and trails to explore. The location between Waldport and Yachats was also perfect. My only complaint was no can opener, but in the end we all loved it here!

This is our second time staying at the Sanderling Sea Cottages and we absolutely love it. The location is perfect the house is big and has everything you could need. We will always come to this place.

The cottage was beautiful, very clean, i absolutely loved the kitchen. They had the basics available, dish soap, sponge, paper towels, trash bags, keurig coffee, even a few spices, salt n pepper. The view was amazing and access to the beach was very convenient. It easily accommodated myself, my husband, 5 kids which 3 of them are teenagers. There was a hose outside to rinse the sand off our feet before going back into the cottage and a broom to upkeep any that made it into the house. The only thing that could have made our stay perfect was better weather! It was a bit windy n chilly.

We had a family vacation after college graduation and this place was amazing. Was so nice being right on the beach and listening to the ocean every night going to sleep. The house was clean, well stocked and was a perfect spot for us!

Home is comfy, cozy with amazing views. Its close proximity to beach js a bonus and we had so much fun. Home is well supplied for a lovely family gettogether. Thanks to the well kept home. Property manager did not respond that was thef only thing i will point out. Thankfully we dint have any issues to reach out to the local contact manager so it worked out well. We will certainly recommand the home.
