Sanderling Sea Cottages, Unit 10

What a great cottage.. there was even coffee and laundry soap! So spacious and great views we just love this place and will return!

We have a lot of children and often have a hard time finding a place that fits all of us. That being said this place was wonderful!! Everyone had a place to sleep...we all could sit at the table together...and sit and watch a movie together at night. The location was perfect...a short walk from the beach and a beautiful view of the beach from the house. Also plenty of parking space to park our giant passenger van. Thankyou for letting us rent this wonderful beach house...we hope to come again!

The good- Very spacious, very clean, great balcony and patio overlooking ocean, nice finishes, safe, and quiet. The bad- Two chairs in living room were broken down and unusable. Extremely lumpy and uncomfortable, leaving only 4 seating spaces for 8 people. Bed linens were cheap Costco microfiber, slipping off the corners every few minuts, felt like plastic. No instructions for upstairs TV which came with THREE remotes. Never did get it to work.

Was beautiful and very convenient. Clean everywhere except the couches that had some dog/cat hair on it.

We had a wonderful time with our kids and grandkids. The real plus was being right on the beach!

The house was nice and the view is amazing. We were worried about the traffic noise since the house is right off the 101 but it was not too bad. We were there in the off season though so it may be an issue during the busy season. We enjoyed the beach being so close and access was right next to the house. Overall it was a great stay!

It was great! Nicely furnished house. The kitchen had all the pots/pans/utensils that we needed.

Our dogs really loved it. We all enjoyed how nice the place was and how comfortable the beds were.

Absolutely beautiful location right on a great beach for walking and exploring the ocean. We constantly saw whales, seals, otters, pelicans and more! Waldport offered excellent access to neighboring towns for restaurant and activity options. The house has every amenity and well-equipped. Other than needing new carpet, it was spacious and perfect for our coastal getaway. We would definitely book again.

Great location with easy access to the beach.

Fantastic location and excellent place to stay. Clean and as expected. Only four stars because the downstairs bathroom toilet leaks all over the floor and one of the laundry room doors is broken so it makes it a little bit awkward, but other than that, everything was functional and fine!

Nice location with great beach access. The only downside was the road noise from 101.

We loved getting to stay at the Sanderling Sea Cottages. From having a cup of coffee in the morning (they provide Keurig) on the deck, to watching the sunset at night- it was great! Highly recommend for a great getaway!

The house was just right for our needs.Our family of 6 adults, a 3 year old, a baby and a dog were very comfortable.The walk to the beach was quick and easy. We will be back.

House was clean and well furnished. Easy walk to beach. All questions posed before trip were answered in a timely manner. We will be back!

Amazing property on an amazing part of the coast. Beautiful and peaceful.

The house was fantastic, very spacious and clean. Access to the beach is a few steps off the back porch. The Wi-Fi needs to be worked on. Our personal devices kept loosing connection to the wi-fi and cellular signal was not very good so the Wi-Fi has to work for internet. Streaming shows on the TV was also affected. Other than that, the house was a fantastic getaway.

The house was beautiful and was setup to enjoy family time. The location is also ideal to explore the coast. The sheets were unfortunately dirty but there was a washer and dryer to clean them. It was a lovely time overall. Would go back.

This is our 4th time staying at this beach house and we always have so much fun! Steps to the beach, beautiful views, easy access to grocery store, restaurants, hikes and local fun, laundry in the unit, dog friendly, games and puzzles, full kitchen... it's great for our family to enjoy the beautiful Oregon Coast!

Very comfortable. Kitchen had the basics. Bed was comfortable. Views and location were amazing. Will definitely come again.

We loved being so close to the beach. The unit was spacious and it was nice to park right by the front door. Close to Yachats and all there is to see and experience at Cape Perpetua. It can be difficult to find in the dark and you will hear highway noise inside the unit. Overall a very nice accommodation, easy check in and the Evolve rental company responsive and nearby.

Beautiful location. Nicely furnished. Not as fancy as other Sanderling cottages but still a great place. View from balcony/ master bedroom amazing. Nice firm beds. We had a great stay

We spent 4 nights in this lovely unit. For some reason I thought the master bedroom was on the main level, but it wasn't. The master bedroom was on the second floor where the 2nd bedroom and bath were at. The master bedroom faced the ocean, which was nice, but having to climb a flight of stairs to get to the bedroom(s) was not ideal for us seniors. Also having to pack our luggage up those stairs was not an easy feat. Positives: It was clean with great ocean views. We took our dog and even though the units were close we had no issues with other neighbors having dogs. Easy paths to the beach were in front of units. If you don't mind climbing stairs to get to your bedroom, I would recommend this unit. If you have a hard time doing stairs I would not recommend this unit.

This was a fabulous place for our quick trip to the coast. Loved being right on the beach and close to two towns.

The cottage is exceptionally clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. We found all of the pans and utensils we needed and even were provided coffee and tea. The views from the main floor and upstairs bedroom are the highlight giving front row seats to sunsets, the changing tides and wildlife. Direct easy access makes for frequent long walks along the expansive beach. Nate was there to graciously greet us on arrival. It was a quiet, relaxing stay. Just what we needed. We look forward to returning.

The unit was very clean, close to the beach with easy access. The only negative is the road noise and difficult to see the driveway in the dark.

We loved the location and that we could go to the beach everyday. Close to near by towns necessities. Clean and was as listed. Easy to work with for any issues.

It was a very clean and comfortable vacation rental. The pictures on the listing are accurate. We enjoyed our time and the beach access was really nice. This set of houses is right by a road that is fairly busy throughout the day and night, which we weren't expecting. Otherwise no complaints!

Pretty inside, and the beach was right there! The freezer and the flatwear drawer weren't clean. We stayed several days. I didn't like we had to depart by 10: am

Awesome views. Quiet. Great property. Love being a few steps from the ocean. We had a fabulous time.
