Our stay was excellent. The host provided absolutely everything that one could think of. Including restaurant recommendations, maps, area pamphlets, board games, coffee, essential cooking supplies and all the dishes, pots/pans that a person could need. The home was very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, as was all the other furniture. No issues at all. Would definitely stay there again. There was one small snag with check-in. The host originally messaged us saying that the code to the house would be sent to us around 1pm, with check-in at 3pm. The code was received, after messages to the host and sitting outside the house, at 3:30pm. This would not stop us from returning.

The house was very cute but not the best area. The owner was nice enough to let us check in early.

Very comfortable home stocked with very helpful information. Super nice fenced yard in a great location. The host responded quickly and also lives nearby. Overall a very pleasant stay in a super quiet neighborhood.

Everything was great about the home. We stayed about a week and enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I cannot recommend this property due to serious safety concerns.Upon arrival, we discovered that one of the windows could not be properly secured. As a mother traveling with my daughter, this immediately made us feel unsafe. Many nearby homes have visible security measures, which made the unsecured window stand out even more.Feeling safe is non-negotiable when booking a rental. Unfortunately, we did not feel comfortable staying overnight and made the decision to leave. I believe hosts have a responsibility to ensure that all windows and entry points are fully functional and secure before guests arrive.I would strongly encourage the host to address this issue immediately so future guests can feel confident in their safety.I hope this review helps other families make informed decisions when booking.

The host was absolutely incredible and informative. Overall 5 stars for the host staying in contact. The home is incredibly clean and worth the stay. If I’m ever in the area again, I hope I can stay again.

We booked this house based on the photos and description, but unfortunately it turned out to be a complete catfish. While the inside of the home itself was okay and generally matched the pictures, the location was nothing like what was advertised. The house is in a very rough part of town — so much so that both of our Uber drivers asked why we were staying on Craig Street and expressed concern for the area.The listing did not accurately reflect the neighborhood at all, very sketchy…

House inside was as described, communicative host, great location for downtown. Neighborhood was a little loud, but we slept through most of it.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The place felt spacious and clean. Older house with some creaky floors and doors, but cute layout, cold AC, comfy beds and couch, spacious kitchen. Lovely backyard and front porch! We enjoyed the outdoor spaces most. Will book again!

House is super cute, clean, and cozy! Beds were great, but the pillows were a little flat. Wasn't sure about the neighborhood at first, but was pleasantly surprised with how quiet it was and neighbors were friendly. The host was awesome with answering any questions I had quickly. Also I would definitely stay here again.

It felt like home, we had all the amenities we needed and loved that everything we needed was around the neighborhood. Very comfy home loved the cleanliness and very quit neighborhood. We can definitely see ourself renting this again!!
