Stayed Apr 17, 2026Property was as described. We stayed during the off season for the area so we can not speak to the pools and such amenities. The house itself was very clean. Plenty of cookware in the kitchen for meals. We did try to use the fireplace and it is lovely. The blower for it was a little to loud for our liking so we chose to discontinue use. Beds were comfortable. The grocery stores and activities are near by. We did a couple college tours, caught a Portland Seadogs baseball game, visited the lighthouse and got an ice cream treat in Kennebunk. If you visit the Portland area about 30 minutes north consider checking out a few of the breweries and Color Me Mine for a fun painting activity. 30 minutes south you can visit Kittery Trading Post and the outlets. All in all a comfortable stay in a cute gated community.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025This was to be a vacation with our 2 grandchildren. We started out with a problem but it was remedied asap. Ended up being exceptionally clean and well stocked with plenty of towels etc. Very comfortable and good location. Pools had too many chemicals so not much pool time but we enjoyed the game room. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed Sep 7, 2024The house was immaculate! This was our annual girlfriend’s getaway for three 70+ ladies. We were situated close to everything and the property manager was wonderful. For future reference please provide enough washcloths, tissues and garbage bags. This property is perfect for any type of getaway.

Good to know: this VRBO requires a background check after committing to the property. I may have missed this in the listing description because I was surprised that the background check requirement came by text after the initial payment was made.
