This cozy cottage is nestled in a great centrally-located area. 0.7 Miles to the Fair Grounds & 2.1 Miles to the Cosmosphere with lots of Local Dining and Gas Stations nearby. Fully Furnished, Washer & Dryer, with WiFi and Smart TV Capabilities, Hulu and Disney Plus. The Loveseat in pics also is a Hideabed, leaving plenty of sleeping space. I live minutes away, so I'll be readily available if need be. off street covered parking, also a bonus! it sleeps up to 8 but is great for 1 or 2

Stayed Aug 4, 2024The host double booked and cancelled our reservation after our arrival. We had been in contact with him the week of our trip; the other guests said the same. He did promptly give our refund. However, our available option to stay didn't have enough beds for our family nor did we have budgeted for other options. VBRO policy is a 24 hour delay from booking to staying. We had to cut our trip in half due to this host's error.
