Stayed Oct 24, 2025Great location, close to the centre of Lyme Regis and the main beach front. The property is well proportioned, well equipped and very comfortable. The views from upstairs rooms are fantastic. Several reviews on other sites give mixed reviews (e.g. Sykes Cottages directly) but if you’re expecting a cottagey feel then you should be fine. A few walls could do with a bit of a renovation to make up to 5 stars - but overall it was great.

Stayed Apr 10, 2025Extremely convenient in heart of town near beachfront and marine parade. Online photos do not do justice to gorgeous views from every window and pleasant back garden. Loved our family stay here.
