Stayed Aug 6, 2025Rental exactly as described and pictured. Can see the lake from the front porch- 1 block walk to the water. Great set up for 2 small families to keep one side quite. Would stay again and recommend to book!

Stayed Jul 7, 2024This property and its owners are top notch. Getting in was really easy and Michelle was very accommodating. You can see Higgins lake down the road and Sam O’Set park is only a 10 min walk. This property is clean and has all of the necessary amenities. Very very comfortable beds! Especially compared to some of the other homes. Recommend 10/10!

Stayed Aug 21, 2023This property was rented for my daughter and her family. They enjoyed the short walk down to the lake so my grandson could wade in the water and throw rocks back into the lake.

Stayed Sep 16, 2021Perfect up north getaway location. Walking distance to Higgins Lake. Pet friendly. Clean. Two separate spaces for multiple families but only one small bathroom. Great place to stay for the Firemen’s memorial in September or any time.

Stayed Jun 18, 2021Can’t say enough great things about this rental! It was CLEAN, spacious, fully furnished with everything you could need or want on vacation. And the host/owner was very accommodating and easy to reach if we had questions. We were visiting extended family that had a cottage down the street and so we needed a place to lay our heads at night. This place was perfect for that. We will definitely be renting again in the future!
