Easy stay. Walkable neighborhood and good communication.

Overall, a really good experience. The only downside is parking. If you drive a small car, you'll be fine but my full size truck struggled to fit/

This was our 2nd time staying here, lovely place. Looking forward to our 3rd!

Small and cozy old cottage. Issue is with the parking. It's really not defined but is next to the cabin side. If you have a car that is not small, good luck. When the person of the first apartment (cabin is just feet from a converted house to 4 apartments) parks, you can't get to the spot. May need to clear the spot of limbs and rocks forst. Really does not look like a legal parking location.

Wonderful stay! All the necessities provided for a great weekend. Nice, quiet area with friendly locals. Be on the lookout for Ricki though....she's the sweetest Yorkie that will steal your heart Easy communication with the hosts, highly recommend staying here when visiting Eureka Springs.

Musty ac and cockroach in the kitchen

Parking SUCKED, floor in kitchen was very spongey, AC not cooling because i pulled the filter and was very very dirty cleaned the filter and worked better. Other than those issues our stay was quiet, good neighbors, and the VRBO was clean.

Cute little place is exactly what we needed.

We loved the location and it had everything we needed. We loved getting to walked up to Wanderoo bar, around the neighborhood and it was also a short walk into town. It is uphill on the way back but we wanted the exercise! It has a slight musty smell but that is to be expected with older buildings. Overall, we had a great experience here!

Quaint little place that fit our needs for our anniversary weekend get away.

Nice house in a great location right on the trolley route. Easy walking to other amenities. It was nice to sit on the covered patio and enjoy a glass a wine. A beautiful little gem.

Just what was needed

We had a great weekend in Eureka Springs and this little cottage was perfect for us. You won't fit more than two in the cottage but that was all we needed. Sitting on the porch with morning coffee was fantastic. Nice little place.

Cottage was as advertised. We really enjoyed our short getaway.

Advertised as being 3 blocks from downtown when it's actually a 16 minute walk. Otherwise was as advertised

There was dust on everything above arms length.

The cottage was adorable and perfect for our short stay. The floor plan was excellent with ability to close off main room for the early riser to have kitchen, bathroom and porch access without disturbing the late sleeper. The bathroom is small but doable. Would stay again if in the area. All the neighbors were very friendly.

Perfect for 1-2 night stay only because the bathroom is so small….along with the 3’ square shower. Other than that it was great!

The cottage was perfect for my partner and I and our corgi.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The location is within walking distance to everything and the cottage was cozy.

The property was very clean. The bed was comfortable and we liked the amenities. We were there for a 2 night get away. Would definitely recommend. Was small but didn’t need a lot of space.

The location and parking situation definitely wasn't what we were expecting nor adequate. We had 2 small dogs. Related to the fact that the only small area of grass (maybe 8x3) around is located next to this cottage we had several others in the area toileting their dogs there. The inside of the cottage was clean. Very small bathroom and shower. Little challenging. Will not stay here again.

Property is very clean. Very small bathroom and very little space to park. Air conditioning is adequate but not like central air. We would not book this property again.
