Stayed Jul 26, 2025The owner provided great clear communications and directions. She has a wonderful binder at the property with all the key facts and overview of Pender history. The property and gardens are beautifully organized and maintained. The setting is ideal with fairy like light in the mornings and evenings through which you can enjoy the views from the private deck while boats slowly pass through the waters and seals throw an occasional flip for your entertainment. The tranquil quiet of this property is ideal for long reads of a good book or just an afternoon nap. There are groceries a short drive away as well as restaurants and coffee. This property is also dog friendly with a great beach mere steps away at Mortimer Spit. Exceptional in every way.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025A perfect location with easy access to gorgeous walks. The cottage was very clean and the views over the water were wonderful. One of our favourite things was definitely reading on the upstairs balcony/ patio and looking out at the marine life, birds and trees. Lovely warm welcome from Jane and Dennis too!
