Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for one car and a patio with furniture and separate lawn. Situated amidst theBerwyn Mountains, River's Nook is a lovely cabin for a romantic break exploring this lovely part of the country, with walks all around. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

The area has a history of lead, silver and slate mining dating back to the 17th Century but today it is a renowned location for climbing, birdwatching, walking and cycling, with famous mountain bike trails near Dolgellau, and a mountain bike centre at Llandegla.
