Beautiful cozy cottage on a nestled amongst the trees on the most peaceful piece of land. The babbling of the Chauga will make you want to sit on the porch all day. The cottage is beautifully decorated and provides all essential needs.

When we drove onto the property down the long, winding and rolling driveway headed to our own personal wilderness retreat, the stress level immediately began to ease. We really enjoyed our stay and even rediscovered the beauty of nap time! The cabin was quaint and secluded. One of the best highlights was viewing the stars from our bed! Really forward to coming back in cooler weather to try out the hammock and fire pit by the river

We had such a a nice time on the river swimming, fishing and checking out the area! There's a lot to see and do nearby and it's close to Ingles and several restaurants. The listing is accurate and the location is secluded and private. The house is very small, but clean and cozy and there is plenty of outdoor spaces. Check in and check out was straight forward and easy.

It's a great place, I have stayed a couple of times, this time was the first,we didn't have beach towels, but other than that it was great,and there's one step going to picnic area that's loose,if you remember it you will be fine,it is a great spot,did have a scorpion on curtain, but that happens when near water, I just checked everything and it's all great, that happens.Just me and the kids went.we had a wonderful time, I will stay again and tell everyone about your place.

This property is beautiful, my girlfriend and I loved it. It’s pretty deep in the forest for a suburban couple like us. Very remote. The river was nice, and the scenery was nice. I would recommend a truck, or vehicle that does well off-road when traveling here. There is a hike to a waterfall about a 10-15 minute drive from the cabin which was awesome to experience. The only think you’ll need to watch out for is bugs/insects, ofcourse that comes with being in a forest near a river, but other than that we have no issues/complaints. If you’re looking to get away and disconnect from the world for a while, this is the spot to do it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and charming. The location was right on the river and the grounds were so serene and beautiful. You are very close to local parks as well. We really enjoyed the privacy.

The house was just as described. Right on the river, well-appointed, clean and cozy. Loved the furnishings and lamp lighting inside and the porch life outside. Strong WiFi and smart tv was a plus, and it’s about 10 minutes from an Ingles. Would definitely recommend!

The property was very nice. Easy location to get too,only mishap that we had was when we were going to get something to eat and we got stuck leaving the property. My husband put it in 4 wheel drive and we got out. I wouldn’t advise anyone to drive a car here. But overall we loved it!!!

This cabin was awesome! The location is super quiet and peaceful with the river out front. The driveway is long and allows you to feel secluded and tucked away in your own little oasis. The cabin itself is very clean and super cozy for a nice weekend getaway.

We needed a getaway where we felt like we were the only ones around, and it didn’t disappoint! Serene quiet atmosphere with a small calm river. The cabins decor was absolutely beautiful, and it was tidy and quaint. Absolutely lovely.

My wife and I spent our 10 hear anniversary here and specifically chose this location for privacy and the river views and it did not dissappoint. The cabin itself is very nice and has everything you need and is very comfortable and cozy. The firepit and outside seating makes for a very inviting and comfortable outside space too. The river itself is very calm and serene,and it would make a great spot to do some trout fishing if one desired.I would highly recommend this for a couples retreat or a small family to enjoy.

We had a fantastic weekend playing in the creek and relaxing. It’s a lovely little place and we were sad to go. Had everything we needed. We’d love to come back!

If you're looking for a great place to get away with great views, go ahead and book this one! This cabin is clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. We stayed two nights and had everything we needed. We took a dip in the creek that runs right outside the cabin. My wife says we'll be staying here again.

Another incredible stay at our favorite spot in Westminster! Sherry is a gem and the property is wonderful! We are always excited to return!!

River Haven was the most magical, beautiful little hideaway. Tucked out of the way, down a long dirt road through beautiful wooded property, this tiny house opens up to a beautiful river. The house was perfectly appointed with all our needs perfectly met. We enjoyed wading in the water outside and sunning on the rocks. Would definitely enjoy visiting here again.

We loved staying here and look forward to returning to the area! The cottage is modern, very clean, and well stocked. My family really enjoyed the proximity to the river, just steps from the porch. Communication with the host was prompt and professional. Check in/out was a breeze. Definitely recommend! Five stars :)

As always, we had a wonderful stay at River Haven. The addition of wifi was a fun and welcomed discovery! Our stay is always wonderful at River Haven. Such a little gem in the woods!

Loved the house and the view. The river was very soothing. The only drawback was the ruts in the road which my car couldn’t navigate so I got stuck. The owners kindly called a tow truck for me.

The property is literally just how it’s pictured. So cute very modern house with so much privacy and an insanely gorgeous view. We only left the place once to go see some waterfalls and the Stumphouse Mountain Tunnel(I highly suggest checking it out) and the rest of the days I floated on a float and my boyfriend fished right there in the backyard. We spent the evenings by the fire pit and enjoying listening to the creek on the swing and hammock. Will absolutely be returning. Just a heads up the driveway is pretty steep and I would suggest doing what we did and just bringing a couple coolers with groceries. 10/10 29th birthday trip.

My husband took the kids here for a little getaway before starting back at school. They thoroughly enjoyed it. The kids were able to spend most of their time in the river either floating or fishing. They caught several fish every day.

The property was absolutely beautiful. It was the relaxing getaway we were looking for. Went white water rafting about 20 min away and just down the road was a 1 mile hike to falls and swimming hole. Also fished and played in the river on the property grounds. Phone service/wifi was hit or miss on the property, but disconnecting was not necessarily a bad thing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!
