Just awful experience ! Rented a holiday house in Bowness which was simply uninhabitable, could not sleep in any of the awful worn out beds as they were completely collapsed mattresses. The bathroom sink had a huge crack through it, very unhygienic ! The basement was Damp and mouldy therefore could not use. The Hot Tub was dangerous as I badly cut my foot getting into it, broken glass in the bottom ? The hot tub was freezing and its control panel disconnected. I threw away 700 on this awful substandard rental, contacting local trading standards to see if they can shut this one down.... Don't waste your time with Sykes Customer Care as the phone is constantly engaged and don't answer e mails for days.
