Stayed Apr 1, 2026Directions to the cabin were accurate and check in was super easy. The cabin was clean and had all the supplies my family of 3 needed for our short vacation. We did encounter sugar ants in the kitchen and had to throw a brand new box of donuts out. I did not inform the owner because it was late at night when we noticed and were leaving the next day. The hot tub was clean and inviting.

Stayed May 23, 2025Our check-in was seamless, entry was simple, and the host family communicated quickly and kindly. The property was close to others yet private with fences, good window coverings and great space. Hosts left basic amenities in the house with the kitchen well stocked with basic cooking needs.

Stayed Aug 5, 2024Nice base camp for our trip to Brevard. Quiet location near several other rentals. Brevard is a beautiful area. Only draw back was tiny ants were prevalent in the kitchen which made food storage limited to the fridge.

Stayed Jul 22, 2021My husband and I came to Brevard to celebrate my daughters 9th birthday. This cottage was so cute and cozy! My husband actually ran into the owner who was working on a property across the street. He was extremely friendly, and the property they were working on looked like it was going to be very nice as well. The cottage had everything we could have hoped for. We enjoyed the grill and hot tub. Overall it was a wonderful trip, and this cottage would be perfect for a couple, small family, or group of friends. We hope to be back again soon!
