The house features two bedrooms, a large living room with plenty of natural light, and an enclosed porch. The house is located just steps from the lake and you have access to a dock and 2,000 pound limit boat hoist.
There is a community park a short walk away that has a beach, playground, swings, small basketball court, and plenty of open land.

Stayed Jun 17, 2025Proprty is in excellent location having beautiful views of the lake from various rooms inside the house. Inside was very nice and clean, However outside patio area was not clean and was not usable. All patio furnitures were very dusty and dirty. Owner was very accomodating of our needs and very nice to deal with.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024My sister and I just wanted a quiet weekend. No kids, dogs, housework...this was perfect. Beautiful view of the lake, reading, walking and relaxing. Spotless home facing honeoye lake. Saw a baby deer, ducks, geese. Quiet, after the season. Some homeowners doing cleanup but otherwise quiet and beautiful. Close to a store...if you forget something. Less than an hour from Rochester. Was perfect.

Stayed Aug 4, 2024Well first and foremost the host is very responsive and helpful. Like many others stated the outside is well not so appealing. But the inside is all new, clean and updated. Guess thats the most important. Would give it a solid 10 if the outside was updated, cleaned and painted. If there during heavy rains watch out for the flooding in patio area and entryway,
