Enter the cottage through your private entrance onto the long screened in porch with fans, seating, and Tybee breezes. Through the solid wood historic door with privacy e-lock, you'll find the main living space with beautifully renovated kitchen, dining area for four, comfortable slipcovered couch, smart TV, and views onto the porch and green acre lawn. The small hallway leading off the kitchen has storage for linens, etc and leads to the full bathroom and bedroom. The Full bathroom featuresa stand-up fully tiled shower with glass enclosure, toilet, and vanity with solid surface counter and storage. There is nice bright lighting in the bathroom for getting ready for the day. A wide head-height window adds natural lighting and ventilation.

Off the hallway across from the bathroom, the light and bright bedroom features a queen bed, two dressers, a spacious closet, the full-sized washer and dryer stack, a smart TV, and a ceiling fan. The windows look out onto the porch and to the landscaped acre lawn.

Just steps off the porch, you can enjoy a tranquil landscaped lawn and within 1 minute walking just outside the privacy fence, you are at the quietest stretch of Tybee's South Beach. This property is all about quietude, reflection, and relaxation.
