Stayed Jul 24, 2025This stay really exceeded my expectations. It was a lot better than I expected: very clean and well stocked. The lake was really fun for my kids with a beach and floating island. Really friendly neighbors were always eager to chat or offer a golf cart ride. Very good communication from owner. The ladder up to the bed on the loft was pretty steep. My kids and I loved it, but it might be treacherous for anyone with mobility issues.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025We enjoyed staying in this yurt. Our family wanted to try staying in something different. The kids enjoyed the loft area. Yurt had everything we needed for our stay. I will say the water can get very hot. Also, we enjoyed eating at the restaurant, Backyard Porch which is only 1-2 miles from the yurt.

Stayed Dec 23, 2024I stayed Christmas Eve in the Red Yurt. It was truly magical. The yurt was clean and well equipped. I loved sleeping in the loft with the skylight looking at the stars. Suzi, the manager, could not have been more friendly and accommodating. I intend to return and I would recommend this highly!

Stayed Jun 20, 2024The red yurt was the perfect little weekend getaway for my family. The kids felt like they were staying in a treehouse, and loved playing at the beach and sitting on the dock fishing. We would definitely stay here again, it felt like we stumbled upon a hidden gem!
