Rare Direct Beachfront Cottage Ground-Floor Walk-Out to the Sand No Stairs!

Location was perfect. Gulf FRONT. It's on the quieter side with plenty of seating & toys to use. The cottage had everything we needed. Our only complaint was the tiny kitchen sink. Can't say that was a major concern @ all. Would highly recommend

The cottage is right on the beach, right out your front door. Everything you might need has been provided, beach towels, bedding, fully stocked kitchen as well as beach umbrellas and toys. The area is very quiet and safe. The Host made check in and out easy and was available for any problems or questions.

The beach access/view was spectacular. The place was very clean. Compared to some rentals, it was sparse with regard to shampoo, etc and had salt and pepper but no other cooking ingredients. You share beach space and your porch with neighbors. This is not a complaint but good information. The place was a splurge for us but was exactly what we hoped for. We hope to be back.

It was a perfect little place to get some r&r and enjoy the beach and ocean the ocean breeze in your own time as you could walk right out the door and you have toes in the sand, or just take it all in through the large window in the cool of the living room. The place itself is adorable and the pictures don’t do it justice, I love the crisp blue color! The place had everything we needed, including a blender for smoothies and a library of books. It was a fantastic stay - the weather was great and the sunsets were the best!

The beachfront ground floor property was clean, convenient and comfortable. Walking out the front door directly onto the sandy beach is a fabulous perk offered when you stay here. Sunset views can be enjoyed looking out the front window or by walking the short distance to the water’s edge. During our 12 day stay we experienced cooler weather as well as much warmer weather towards the end. The heating system and air conditioning both worked very efficiently. As we look forward to our next trip to the Florida Gulf Coast we definitely would stay at this property again. Thanks for the hospitality.

We had a great week staying at Linda’s place! This was one of the most relaxing weeks my wife and I have had in a while. Her place on the beach is exactly what we were looking for. It was nice to hang on the beach all day and walk 30 yards to the condo for lunch or whatever we needed.Linda’s communication is excellent. There was some work being done on the beach before we arrived and she relayed this information before we arrived. We look forward to planning our next trip to her lovely place on the beach!

100 steps to the ocean. Very clean , nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Owner adds little touches that make your stay a pleasure.

Everything was awesome loved the cottage feel right on the beach

Absolutely loved everything about this rental! I kept saying over and over how darling the place was. It had everything you could possibly want inside and out. The location to the beach was outstanding and there is a trolley stop right across the street that would take you up and down the strip for only 2.25 a ride. The cottage is immaculate, and obviously has had a very well done remodel. Even though it rained all day on our last day, we had a great time playing cards at the table watching the storm. There aren’t enough stars to give this little piece of paradise. I fully intended to book again next year. Thanks for everything!

We had a great time! The beachfront cottage was just perfect. It had everything we needed from a well-stocked kitchen to beach chairs and umbrella. We are looking forward to coming back soon!

Stop, do not look further. RENT HERE.Family of four, six-year-old and 10-year-old. Very close to the beach where you can walk back-and-forth or food or drinks or anything else. The property was very clean well taken care of and the communication was excellent.Everything that we could think that we wanted to bring to the beach was supplied in a small shed on the property. Highly recommended and we hope to come back again.

Small cottage right on the beach. Perfect size for one or two people. It is one of the very few single-story units left in that area that sit directly on the sand. Unit had everything you need for a great stay. Communication with owner was superb. Located close to a convenience store, bakery, and coffee shops. The beach is long, walkable, and gorgeous. Watch the sunset from the cottage or from the private beach. We would absolutely select this unit if we return there.

My wife & I totally enjoyed our stay in Linda’s little bungalow on the ocean. Perfect beach location.

If you want the full Florida beach experience this is the place. Lots of seashells can be found on your daily walks, sunshine ALL DAY and the best Sunsets right out your door. Would stay there again!

This is a wonderful place right on the Gulf, hid away from all the noise and could hear the ocean practically all day.
