The property was nice but poorly finished . The decking balconey was dated and sone loose screws , lots of weeds on drive , lawn neded cutting .The cleaning of the property was poor wiith lots of stains on cupboards etc. No hot water on arrival . spoke to officre. they said they would send someone out the next day. wasnt good enough so paid for a plumber to come out that eveninu to rectify and paid for this myself.

The house is deceptively large and accommodated eight adults, two young lads and Rosie the dog easily. Four of the bedrooms had ensuites and the fifth had two good sized bunk beds. Parking was good. The only issue to be aware of if you don't know Salcombe is the steep climb back from the harbour, although there is a bus service close by.
