Stayed Jun 3, 2017My husband and I spent several long weekends in this cottage this past June. We had a relaxing, enjoyable time. The cottage is in a quite nice residential neighborhood off of Newtown Lane in East Hampton. The bathroom and the kitchen have both been recently redone. It is very clean. The two bedrooms are quite small, so I do not think it would be great for more than a couple unless the second bedroom were to be used for one or two quite young children. Nancy and her husband Jim were both pleasant to deal with. We had no complaints.
