Quintessential Ocean Beach Cottage Just 1 Block From The Beach!

Great place! Only one block from the beach. Cute little place, very comfortable and convenient. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay in OB. My favorite part of the cottage was the enclosed patio with a gate going to the walkway. So easy to pull the wagon into. Everything we needed and more was provided. Thank you!

We've stayed here around 10 times in various units. Always a great stay! Katrina is quick to communicate, the place is charming, and the location can't be beat. We will be back again.

Every 90 seconds there were airplanes taking off above the unit we were staying in… the host did not provide us with that information in the description… I would not describe this as a peaceful place to stay! Thank you Susan Schepens

Super cute cottage in a great location! The only thing that prevents this from being 5 stars is the bed is not comfortable. But maybe that’s just me …? Also the amount of chores that need to be done at checkout despite paying a cleaning fee is interesting. However , the location is perfect and the property is adorable. Would stay here again

The cottage was cute AND just as presented in pictures and descriptions.But it wasn't too cutesy for my husband. Comfortable seating, with an outdoor patio, and comfortavle bed. An easy 1 block to the beach was a highlight, as well as walkable to the street where a lot of restaurants were. It was also easy to get to San Diego's tourist spots.It was great to have the garage, and to use the washer and dryer.The owner was very prompt and responsive to our questions. We would stay here again and highly recommend it!

This was our 5th visit to the property having stayed in all 4 units. Communication is seamless, units clean,cute, and charming. Location only two blocks from the beach! Bonus for parking and beach gear included.Highly recommended

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage. He commented how much he did not want to leave. Although the weather was rainy, we had a comfortable place to stay between sightseeing, shopping and dining out. We are even thinking of returning with his brother and sister in the near future.

The location- about 2 blocks from Dog Beach - is so perfect!! The home is well-appointed, cozy, super clean and has everything you need for a fabulous beach vacation!! Restaurants, coffee shops and stores are all within walking distance. Katrina is super easy to work with! Definitely a property we will keep on our list for a return visit!

Every aspect was excellent

We spent a few days at the rental in mid August and loved it! The nice decor in every room gave it a homey feel, very cozy. We enjoyed our morning breakfasts out on the secluded patio surrounded by a high fence. This rental sits back a bit off the street giving it a very private feel. The air made our hot days very comfortable. We had everything we needed for kitchen and bath. Everything very clean and beds and furniture comfortable. Quiet all day and night and just a short walk to the beach. The owner just expects you to follow simple rules (wash sand off your feet) which was fine by us. Would love to stay at this same rental again, highly recommend!

The house is as advertised, quaint, cute and clean. Love the area. Just a tip to pay attention to the lockout instructions. Cheers!?
