Stayed Oct 10, 2025The cottage was clean, the listing is accurate and the location is about 20 minutes from downtown Knoxville. It is conveniently located to grocery, restaurants and gas stations. We were visiting for a UTK game weekend so did not spend a lot of time at the property but if you need those amenities they are close by. One negative is that other than 4 coffee mugs there is no other drink wear so if you plan to utilize the kitchen plan accordingly. Other than that it suited our needs.

Stayed Oct 7, 2023This cottage was adorable and perfect for an overnight stay! It was spacious and clean! Great shower pressure and comfy bed! Had difficulties finding the cottage at night. Before getting to the large private drive, you will make an immediate left (it will look like you’re driving into someone’s driveway) but the cottage will be on the right! Already planning a trip back and WILL book this again! Brian was quick to respond and extremely easy to communicate with! :)

Stayed Jul 7, 2023We rented this cute little cabin/chalet for fri sat and sun night while our teenagers attended a comic convention in Nashville. The location was great, just 15 minutes or so from the convention center and only a mile or 2 from everything you may need. Fountain city is so cute with a nice park and pond with a big fountain. The place was just as advertised only thing was not enough towels for our stay and it really shouldn't be booked by 4 adults. It was my husband and I and our 18 year old daughter and 16 year old son. The bed upstairs is awesome but the sleeping arrangements downstairs are just a futon sofa and a futon chair. While my kids made it work, it was not very comfortable. There were plenty of blankets and pillows. Overall it was very nice and we appreciate the hospitality.
