Knoxville, Tennessee
About this space
Drive up the steep road and settle in a quiet, almost silent, secluded romantic escape located off a mountain face 20 minutes from Downtown Knoxville with shopping nearby.
Gaze out into the distance at the scattered lights down bellow. In the summertime, notice how the fireflies and porch lights on the deck accent the foreground. The Chalet’s interior is dressed with decor collected from around the world, from our own experience, Ecuador, Bali, Guatemala, Dubai, Japan and Mexico. You’ll love it.
The space
The house is newly remodeled. Enjoy internet at 1200 mbps, great water pressure, smart tv, fully equipped kitchen, fresh sheets and towels, central heat and ac.
Guest access
Park on the driveway on the left side of the house near the stairwell. There’s room for a couple vehicles. The hill leading up is pretty steep; in the winter time I recommend putting your vehicle in 2nd gear. Walmart, laundry mat, and grocery stores are about a mile or two away.
Other things to note
Please: no parties or smoking inside. If you smoke, please don’t throw butts on the property. If you smoke, dispose of butts in a receptacle , then dispose of the receptacle off property. Do not bring butts inside.
This cottage was adorable and perfect for an overnight stay! It was spacious and clean! Great shower pressure and comfy bed! Had difficulties finding the cottage at night. Before getting to the large private drive, you will make an immediate left (it will look like youโre driving into someoneโs driveway) but the cottage will be on the right! Already planning a trip back and WILL book this again! Brian was quick to respond and extremely easy to communicate with! :)
The cabin was clean, easily accessible offered the basic necessities. The neighborhood was quiet and the manager was easy to work with
We rented this cute little cabin/chalet for fri sat and sun night while our teenagers attended a comic convention in Nashville. The location was great, just 15 minutes or so from the convention center and only a mile or 2 from everything you may need. Fountain city is so cute with a nice park and pond with a big fountain. The place was just as advertised only thing was not enough towels for our stay and it really shouldn't be booked by 4 adults. It was my husband and I and our 18 year old daughter and 16 year old son. The bed upstairs is awesome but the sleeping arrangements downstairs are just a futon sofa and a futon chair. While my kids made it work, it was not very comfortable. There were plenty of blankets and pillows. Overall it was very nice and we appreciate the hospitality.
